翔順集團酒店的我都做住過，非常的好，必須打卡嗯，在酒店在800米的高山茶場上面，空氣非常非常的好嗯，衹是可能選的日子有點不對，清明假期有時候經常下雨，但可以看雲海，晚上不用開空調，直接開窗睡覺嗯，廣東省內少數的高山吸氧酒店，可以在百年古茶樹那裡走一下，有很多百年老樹，也可以坐纜車去山頂看風車看山嗯，打卡天空之鏡嗯，酒店還自己投資修了一條高山纜車，可以打卡上山頂飛天蠶，看日出日落，看風車山，爬小長城，夏天來會非常的舒服，還有水上樂園，早餐也跟得上，還有湖景小池子泡温泉，健身房，夏天再來，其實18年剛開的時候來過一次沒有進來，現在啥都有了非常好

每次來象窩都給我感覺就像回家一樣舒服、無論環境、衞生、服務都是一如以往的好。今次來見纜車那已經開始運營，所以就順便也坐了一下，還算可以，山上見到很多地方還在逐步完善中，好期待😊但纜車價格還是有點偏高，建議略為調整一下為好。

這次沒有給滿分，是餐飲扣的。套餐包早包晚本是好事，但週末用餐非常擁擠，取餐區與就餐區之間太近，噪音大，互相干擾，吃個飯不能安寧。這個級別的酒店，早餐居然用即融咖啡，而且沒有吐司麪包，這不是標配來的嗎？
樓上住了奇葩一家，拼床拉凳玩耍，折騰到凌晨一點，勉強睡一覺，有冤無路訴。奉勸這種家庭最好租別墅。

房間還是比較新和乾淨，就是隔音不是很好睡眠不好可能有點難受，自助餐雖然品種不是很多，但是基本猛供應，温泉權當送就是了，也沒啥隱形消費，699 巨划算

總體還好，春節假期2k多住2晚有點心痛，不過後續發現如果玩曬景區的纜車等切實每人要500多，還是划得來，而且春節假期。環境絕對一流，負離子超強，野沒敢蹲房間，早上徒步，去天空之鏡，一字頂，泡温泉（温泉view好正）。早餐還行，米粉好好吃，唯一不足的是服務沒多少，入住第一天翠山閣大堂還有茶水供應，後續兩天回來都沒有看到過，服務人員也沒有和客人太多的交流，小童可玩的設施比較少

酒店在象窩山生態園內，盤山而行，依山而建，空氣清新，環境一流，整個生態園有很多可遊覽的地方，還有很多地方在建造完善中，新開的纜車能遠近觀賞整個象窩山，不錯。坐纜車登上山頂，能看到雲海，很是壯觀。房間衞生不錯，吐槽一下的是房間的空調不是中央空調，其中一台空調不制熱。早餐品種尚多，味道一般。空氣相當好，很值得推薦的！
