先説總體感受，不太好，不是很推薦。
1. 走廊很長，房間很多。但是電梯衹在一側，所以大部分房間上下樓都不是很便捷。且樓道里有黴味。
2. 平台上寫的免費停車，但是白天停車要交幾塊錢停車費。錢不多，但是住酒店頭一次遇見。而且停車場也沒有桿 也沒人看着，就是店鋪門前的地方。
3. 洗衣房是自助的，自己去洗。所以別人洗什麼都可以，衞生情況不詳。
4. 房間面積略小，不過這個平台上標註了面積 也不算槽點。
5. 花灑小，水流小，洗澡不舒服。

位置在新沂市政府不遠處，周邊有市政府，吾悦廣場，和新華聯超市。吃飯購物娛樂都非常的方便。門口有免費的停車位，停車很方便。酒店房間面積不大很緊湊，該有的還是有的。床墊睡着還不錯。房間隔音效果不適很好，會有些吵！早餐種類在這種快捷酒店裡比較還是可以的。

不遠處是新沂市政府，對面有中移動和新開的門診，前台小姐姐辦理入住退房都很迅速，店長也温文爾雅，遇事處理方式妥當，值得推薦
