Vienna Hotel (Xinyi Jiaoyucheng River View)

Don't stay here if the sleep quality is bad. I have stayed in hotels for more than ten years and this is the worst hotel. There is nothing worse. It is not averagely bad. Some parts have carpets and some do not. It is so noisy that you can hear the sound of walking. This is the first time in my life that I have given a negative review, and I have never given a negative review before for takeout.

The location is good, the surrounding businesses are convenient, the service is good, timely, convenient and friendly. The room is large and the bathroom is large. It is beyond the average standard of a hotel. See the photos. The room is clean and tidy. Parking is convenient and there is a dedicated parking lot. I have passed by Xinyi once and it feels good to live here. This is the most Viennese hotel in Vienna hotel style. I will stay here next time I pass by.

The roadside is very noisy and the windows are poorly insulated. The whole room smells like cigarette smoke, and no fragrance can cover it up, smoke! There are mosquitoes without screens. The parking lot is vast and small. No place to dry wet clothes. The comb is still an old style, used for shaving my scalp. There are holes in the carpet. The breakfast has few varieties and is very unpalatable. The front desk manager was indifferent and had no service attitude at all. Next to the foot massage and confinement club on the third floor, don't stay here if you don't need it.

I arrived at the store after 1 o'clock and was told that the cleaning had not been completed and I could not check in. The facilities were not like those in Vienna. I had been running around all day and was already very tired. I had to study again at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Facilities: The shower head is very rough and the water flow is strong. I don’t want it to hit my hair. I took it off and washed it on my neck and back. It cut my skin on my neck. I’m so angry😠 There is also a pillow, which is not full at all like a towel. I have stayed in Vienna so many times, and this experience was the worst!

I was doing laundry in the laundry room the night before, but when I went to pick up the clothes at around 12 o'clock, the door was locked... This happened in a big hotel. Is it because I was afraid that the guests would steal the laundry detergent or move the washing machine? Isn't it normal for it to be open 24 hours a day? Then I went to pick up clothes at 7:30 the next morning and found that the door was not open. I called the front desk and a male receptionist answered the phone. He probably said that the guest room aunt was not at work and had to wait until 8:30 to open the door. The key was with the aunt, but I was about to check out at eight o'clock and asked him what to do. He said there was nothing I could do. ? ? ? ? Is it okay? In such a big hotel, the laundry room can only rely on a guest room aunt to operate???????What should I do if the laundry room catches fire? Wait for the aunt to open the door. Put out the fire? I would like to suggest that the hotel improve the overall quality of its front desk staff.

維也納是絕對不會踩雷的！每次出門挑酒店都很傷腦筋！但是有維也納就直接維也納！不用擔心圖片和實地不符，重點表揚接待我的前台欣娜，漂亮又專業☺️問題每次都很及時幫我解決好

網上看到有停車場，所以定了這家酒店豪華大房，我們晚上11點半到酒店，幾台車等着進停車場，結果已經早已經滿了，現場沒有任何工作人員和停車指引，我們從車場退車回來過程與其他車輛撞了。管理混亂服務差，我們跟酒店反映情況，酒店人員沒有歉意，服務傲慢無禮，反而指責客人的不是。這種差勁的酒店永不再住。
