Nalati Nianhuawan Hayinsai Resort Hotel

One of the best hotels for service, highly recommended! The butler created a group chat a few days in advance. During the May Day holiday peak, we couldn't get self-driving tickets, but the hotel butler helped us sort it out! A special thanks to the butler from Courtyard 17, who was very enthusiastic and always available!

This was the most satisfying hotel on our Xinjiang trip! I still trust the Nianhua Bay brand. We were unlucky to encounter heavy rain amidst the beautiful scenery, but it offered a unique charm – it rained when we got in the car, and stopped when we got out, perfect for photos. The winding mountain roads of the Sky Grassland in the thick fog were a bit scary though! The hotel's family room made us never want to leave. Abdul, the Kazakh young man, was handsome and enthusiastic. The hotel concierge promptly helped us book our self-driving tour tickets, which was such a thoughtful and convenient service. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The farmhouse behind room 2203 made us truly envious!

This hotel boasts amazing views, nestled in a river valley and grassland. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the hotel's ambiance is truly fantastic! Many facilities are still being improved, and it's sure to be even better during peak season. I've already recommended it to many friends and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yili.

Loved it, loved it! The Nuanhuawan HyinSai Resort Hotel is located within the Nalati Scenic Area and boasts a unique design, with each courtyard offering a different theme. This trip, I stayed in 'Horizontal Flute Autumn Moon,' and the room was quite spacious with a private courtyard where you could play in the snow. Our hotel butler, Xiaoba, was incredibly warm, proactive, and attentive. The hotel grounds are extensive, so you need to take a shuttle buggy, which is readily available by calling the front desk – very convenient. The breakfast buffet met all our dining needs, with standout items like yogurt zongzi (sticky rice dumplings).

The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, warm, and prompt. They attended to all our requests and kept us updated on the local attractions and the ski resort conditions in real-time. Our room was very comfortable and warm. On our last day, as we were rushing for our transport, they even specially packed breakfast and delivered it to our room. The resort restaurant also offers great value for money.

Cleanliness: Very clean, excellent. Environment: Beautiful after the snow, and the hotel's internal streets were also very clean. Service: The staff were generally very enthusiastic. Calling the shuttle was quick, and the drivers were all very friendly and polite. A good experience overall.

I chose this hotel specifically for my ski trip to Narat Hainsay, and it's right next to the ski resort. It's only a 5-minute drive from the hotel lobby to the slopes, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities including underfloor heating and air conditioning, so it was nice and warm. There are also plenty of dining options, and the food was delicious. In the evenings, they even have bonfire parties and fireworks, which really added to the atmosphere. A special shout-out to our butler, Xiaoba, who provided incredibly attentive service throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. All in all, everything was perfect, and I'll definitely be bringing my family back in the summer.

Located right within the scenic area and close to the Kunes River, it's incredibly convenient for skiing. The small town also has plenty of shops to explore, offering a great way to experience local culture. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and they even have Cantonese poached chicken! Absolutely loved it.

I stayed here during the Chinese New Year. The day before check-in, the butler contacted me to arrange everything. Upon arrival, the shuttle bus took us to our little courtyard. Each room has its own private courtyard. There was a bonfire party and fireworks during the Spring Festival. This was a hotel I was quite satisfied with on this trip.
