Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Nalati Resort Hotel

Excellent location, right next to the scenic area entrance. The hotel is very large with many rooms and good facilities. However, the air conditioning was poor. We wanted to move rooms to be closer together, but there were no options available. After not moving, they provided a space heater, but it was still a bit cold at night. Breakfast was decent, though some of the hot dishes weren't heated sufficiently or at all, so they felt a bit cold. Everything else was great. Grassland photo shoot experience (3 selected photos/room): We didn't get to enjoy this, and the front desk didn't mention it.

The food looked plentiful from a distance, but when I got closer, I found everything was empty, and what little there was, was just leftovers from other guests, specifically tour groups. They didn't even have a fried egg, and the main dishes were just indescribably bad. The bathroom in our room also stank, and it was completely bare – just two bottles of water. The overall environment was awful, like something out of the 90s, with lots of dust and even spiders crawling around! My husband had a tough time getting rid of them. This hotel is absolutely ridiculous. This is the first time I've ever given a bad review in my life. This particular hotel in Nalati is the worst I've ever stayed at in all of China.

Not far from the tourist center, with convenient parking and spacious rooms. The surrounding area is very quiet, making for a comfortable stay. It's also easy to get around, which makes it suitable for families traveling together.

This hotel perfectly blends the stunning Nalat grassland scenery into every corner. Open the window and you're greeted by magnificent and healing views of snow-capped mountains and green fields. The room design is cozy and stylish, and the bedding is so comfortable, it just melts away a full day's travel fatigue. The service is warm and attentive. A perfect grassland vacation experience, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nalat!

Extremely close to the tourist center, easily walkable. The breakfast selection was decent, though the facilities are a bit old. The room was spacious. However, there was a lack of consistent information within the hotel, and the service was just okay. I asked for a thermometer and it took ages to arrive.

The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room, and it was amazingly spacious! The room was huge with a very sensible layout. We could sit by the window and enjoy views of the expansive grasslands and the sunset – truly beautiful scenery right from our room. The hotel environment was excellent and very quiet, and the bed was neither too soft nor too hard, ensuring a super high-quality sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of delicious options, including fried rice, bread, jams, hot noodles, rice noodles, local savory milk tea, milk, and even milk skin! The breakfast truly exceeded our expectations, and we could enjoy it while sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows, looking out at the distant grasslands and snow-capped mountains. We were traveling with our elders, and everyone in our group found the food very satisfying. The hotel amenities were comprehensive. The on-site supermarket, restaurant, and afternoon tea spot made it very convenient to buy food and other necessities, allowing us to enjoy a complete vacation without even leaving the hotel. It’s perfect for family vacations with children or elderly relatives. This place truly has warmth and sincerity. Every hotel staff member we interacted with was pleasant, and all our requests were met without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Special praise to the stray cats adopted by the hotel; they are affectionate and adorable. I would definitely stay here again in the summer.
