The room has both air conditioning and underfloor heating. It can get uncomfortably hot, so I had to open the door to feel comfortable. The courtyard is great for kids to play and dig in the snow. The biggest issue with the room was that the sink's drain would pool water, and the shower area had severe pooling too. Perhaps there was a design flaw during renovation. I always disinfect before using a bathroom, and when I rinsed the floor with the showerhead, I saw bubbles, which means it wasn't cleaned properly. I couldn't upload a video because it wasn't over 5 seconds, so I could only provide screenshots for reference. On the night of check-in, I noticed the water pooling before showering and asked the butler to send someone to fix it. A technician came, and it improved slightly, but the pooling persisted. After checking out, the hotel butler contacted me, and I honestly explained the situation. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes improvements.
