My stay at the Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Zhengzhou Airport was truly exceptional, deserving a solid five-star rating! First and foremost, I have to commend the hotel's service – it's the little details that really show they care. My flight arrived late, so I'd arranged an airport transfer in advance. The driver was perfectly on time. Upon arrival at the hotel for check-in, the front desk attendant greeted me with a particularly warm smile. She not only thoughtfully offered a warm welcome tea but also provided hot bottled mineral water. In this unpredictable weather, that warmth truly touched my heart. I had a fair bit of luggage, and a staff member immediately noticed and proactively helped carry it all the way to my room, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to the front desk for kindly upgrading my room for free! While the room layout was a bit different from what I'm used to, the highlight was the incredibly large floor-to-ceiling window, offering fantastic views and plenty of natural light, which really brightened my mood. Breakfast the next day maintained the same high standard, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western buffet options that cater to all tastes. Notably, the restaurant also offered Henan's local specialty, Hu La Tang (spicy soup). As an outsider, it was my first time trying it, and while the unique spicy flavor was a bit unusual, it's always an interesting experience to try authentic local flavors when you're in a new place. In summary, from the airport pickup and front desk service to the room facilities, every aspect of this stay made me feel incredibly valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to transfer or make a short stopover at Zhengzhou Airport!

The room isn't huge, but it's well-designed and practical. I especially liked how spacious the bathroom and shower area were. A crucial factor when staying near the airport is a reliable shuttle service, and theirs was perfectly on time.

The location is the biggest highlight. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the terminal, so there's no need to rush for transportation hours in advance. This is incredibly convenient for early morning flight travelers like me. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding felt soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress was just the right firmness. I slept incredibly soundly at night and didn't hear any airport noise at all; the soundproofing was much better than I expected. All the facilities were brand new and very easy to use. There were multiple power outlets by the bed, which made charging devices very convenient; hot water was supplied promptly, and the temperature was stable, making for a comfortable shower; the air conditioning had an even airflow with no uncomfortable direct drafts, and the room temperature was perfectly controlled. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned with no missed spots, and all toiletries were provided. Even the slippers were thick and non-slip, feeling very comfortable to wear. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff were gentle and accommodating, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. They also proactively informed me of the airport shuttle times and locations. Although I didn't need to use it, I truly appreciated their attentiveness.
