Actually, this isn't my first or second time staying here. Since the end of the pandemic, I've been staying at this hotel consistently, starting with the small snacks they used to offer and the evening snacks delivered by the staff. However, this experience was the worst I've ever had.
I understand that there weren't enough rooms before the ***** New Year due to weddings. I booked a room in advance, but when I arrived at 3 PM, there were still no rooms available. The first room I was given had the same facilities. I reported this, but there was no follow-up call. When I went downstairs to the front desk, three of the four staff members were chatting and laughing, while only one staff member answered my questions seriously, apologized, and told me to wait in my room. They offered a solution, and I was eventually moved to a room on the 26th floor. I hope the hotel will improve its customer experience in this regard and take this seriously.
