We stayed here for 1 night, after landing at the airport and then going to Luoyang. The hotel is close to the airport and we took a quick Didi ride to get there. The hotel has a nice modernistic feeling with a lot of lights here and there. The breakfast was lovely and quite filling.

Welcoming receptionist. Spacious and clean room. Non-smoking room suitable for traveller with kids. Super fluffy and comfortable bed. Stayed for 3 hours while waiting next flight and had a good rest. Very good noise cancelling as the hallway equipped with carpet. Provided free airport shuttle using personal MPV which really convenient. Affordable rate. Recommended. Overall satisfied with the stay and looking forward to stay again in future.

Not a enjoyable stay at this hotel. Shower room was not very clean, shower head is old and faulty. Flooring in the room was also not in good condition. TV was spoilt, called the front desk to request change of room but request was rejected. Request minimum change of TV, request was also rejected. Overall Rating : POOR and will not stay here anymore.

We had a great experience! The front desk (No. 10, 11, 13) are very friendly and are easy to understand. The airport shuttle drivers (No. 15, 16) are awesome. We took the shuttle multiple times to the airport and the driver arrived on time, dropped us off on time, and he was patient. We have to drop off our grandma at the airport at midnight and back to the hotel after, we really appreciate the shuttle driver working late just to complete our trip.

A friend helped me book this hotel. It's close to the airport, so I called the hotel after exiting the airport. The driver arrived quickly and sent me to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed to be sent to the airport the next day. They also arranged a wake-up service for me. It was good and I was very satisfied!
