JI Hotel (Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport)

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip with a client. The environment was decent, breakfast was good, and they even offered pickup/drop-off services.

1. The hotel front desk would trick people into using their phones to register for memberships, claiming they were registering for a membership, but then they tricked them into giving their phones away. This has been a problem for a while, and they still do it. 2. I booked this hotel because it was labeled as non-smoking. However, upon entering the public areas, the strong smell of cigarette smoke filled the air. The room also smelled of cigarettes. I don't know if it was lingering cigarette smoke from the previous room or if the air conditioning system had carried over the smell from other rooms. The only clean room was the bathroom. 3. The hotel opened in 2017, making it a bit old. The walls are chipped, and the amenities aren't up to par with other Four Seasons hotels.

I've stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, and the most noticeable thing about it is the aging of the facilities. The hallway carpets are stained, and the stone and wood finishes are subpar. Overall, the experience was average.
