I called Ctrip customer service, and it took 3 hours for the hotel to reply saying that refunds were not possible, fees had been incurred, and 80% of the fees would be charged for refunds... But ** responded immediately, and the explanation was very detailed. . 2. The price/performance ratio is extremely low. When I checked in, I was told that the registration system was broken. All the people checking in and their ID cards were taken by the front desk with their mobile phones. The shower head in the big room was broken, and the water in the small shower head was very small. When I got up to take a shower in the morning, I had to turn it on to the hottest temperature. Moreover, the bedding is not changed after each guest, and there are hairs when the quilt is pulled away, and the sound insulation is very poor. It is very different from the charging standards for large beds of more than 1,200 yuan and parent-child rooms of more than 1,600 yuan. In the parent-child room, the big bed was simply removed and a small steel frame bed was added. The headboard of the bed was facing the socket, so there was no safety at all. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but after pressing the remote control for a long time, there was no response. I turned on the battery and found that there was only one battery... It is highly not recommended to stay here.
