The hotel is not very good. Manting Park is separated by a wall. To enter, you have to climb over the wall or enter from the Zongfo Temple. The temple does not require admission. The B&B environment is okay but it may be shabby due to the epidemic and the lack of tourists. It is not very clean. The service attitude of the housekeeper is rude. Well, the biggest problem is that there is no elevator. We live on the third floor. Fortunately, the housekeeper and the aunt had to carry our large luggage up! The most important thing is that it is expensive and has poor value for money.

The room was not very clean and felt a bit dirty, but the clerk was very nice and helped us carry our luggage and treated us to tea. However, the environment was not very clean and there is still a lot of room for improvement.

This hotel is amazing! From check-in to departure, every aspect made me feel extremely satisfied! You can see Manting Park outside the room window! First of all, the hotel is in a very strategic location with convenient transportation and many restaurants and entertainment facilities around it, making my travel and life very convenient.

The lady at the front desk is very nice. We had a lot of luggage when we checked in. They took the initiative to help us move the luggage to the room, because we are two families who want to live together. The lady also upgraded us to a viewing room for free. The hotel is very clean and the location is very good, just near Manting Garden and Zongfo Temple. The only downside is that it's being renovated nearby, so it's noisy when you get up in the morning, and it's not the store's fault.

Objective factors interfere with rest. There is a building under construction at the gate, and it will start on time at 8:00 in the morning. Don't even think about sleeping late or sitting in the courtyard during the day. Of course, this belongs to the external environment, and it is not transferred by the will of the store. There is really no way, so it is not a big problem for me to go out early to visit the scenic spots. 2. The service cannot keep up, including two issues of hygiene and service awareness. We booked two rooms for three nights. On the first day, there was a mistake of not closing the door of the guest's room after cleaning. Since we didn't have anything missing, we didn't report it to the boss. And the garbage that fell next to the trash can can still be seen the next day, and it seems that it has not been cleaned after cleaning. On the third day, no one tidied up the room. Not to mention changing the bedding, at least the garbage must be thrown away. The staff told the auntie that she didn't come to work, and asked us to collect the garbage by ourselves and put it at the door. If my aunt doesn't come to work tomorrow, do I need to mop the floor by myself? These things, big or small, discouraged us from renewing the lease. The service industry regards service as the product, and the successful operation depends on the individual efforts of the boss alone, but also requires the joint efforts of the team. It is recommended that the boss improve the service awareness of the staff. Don't really have a guest lose something.
