There are many walls and equipment with serious mold marks, unpleasant smell, stains on the bed, strange family planning supplies placed on the bedside, loud noise outside the window, etc. In addition, the guests I saw on the whole floor were all men, even when they took a shower. There are only razors but no combs. What kind of hotel is this? Is this still a hotel? I really regret trusting Ctrip's ratings and pictures. 前台的服務員態度很好，保安也很好，幫忙指導把車倒入停車位，酒店位置出行很方便，酒店在廣場旁邊，早晚都聽到廣場舞的聲音，窗簾是透光的，所以睡得一點都不好，衞生清潔一般，感覺不值這個價錢。

位置好，文化廣場就在樓下，很熱鬧，走路到登雲塔也很近， 隔音好，住在十樓一點都不吵，窗外視野寬闊 早餐廳菜不多，環境不錯， 衞生和服務都不錯，房間雖不算大，屋內設施基本該有的都有， 坐船中轉路過這個熱鬧繁華的縣城，找到這樣一個舒適滿意的住處，很難得。

這個酒店真的是一言難盡，先説外部環境，推開窗就是亂七八糟的環境，最主要是窗户沒有紗窗，蚊子滿天飛。內部就更糟糕，馬桶糟糕的一塌糊塗，那個馬桶蓋跟馬桶就是完全分離的，其次滿牆的污垢，也不知道是啥，甩的滿牆都是噁心至極！服務員問什麼都是不知道，本來幾個小時的渡輪就讓人淒涼至極，服務員的一副冷臉又讓我雪上加霜，一副這麼晚了你也走不了，吃定你的表情，沒辦法啊，人為刀俎，我為魚肉，徐聞港就是這麼**😨😨😨再次來徐聞的時候太多，這個酒店不會有下次了

進出海南島臨時落角點，酒店鄰街，門口和地下均有停車位，酒店隔音還不錯，雖然鄰街，但不影響休息。早餐以中餐為主。

非繁城品，價格合理．床品乾淨！交通方便！過幾天在海口選同樣品牌！希望能分到觀景好的房間！服務員比較熱情！很多問題都能幫忙處理。

服務人員都很好，預訂諮詢和入住接待，早餐等都很好。位置很好，門口和地下車庫可以停車，旁邊是徐聞廣場，周邊有很多吃飯的地方，晚上從港口過來的，在附近吃到了滿意的燒烤夜宵。房間很大的，帶着小孩也很方便。都很滿意的。
