從網上覓得的一處絕佳週末休憩的養生之處，山清水秀，空氣清新，呼吸都透着沁人心脾的感覺。酒店由分散的區域形成，大堂所在的樓裝修十分有格調，早餐十分豐富，中餐廳的菜很有地方特色，魚頭湯味道鮮美。房間也不錯，前台還主動升了級。但要吐槽一下：四號樓的電梯運行當中偶爾哐當一下，噪音很大，感覺不好，也是難得在這種檔次的酒店看到，不銹鋼表面凹凸不平且有銹跡污漬。房間隔音不行，隔壁小孩哭鬧就像在自己房間，電梯旁的設備間低頻噪聲讓人聽了很難受。

酒店的房間有70平方米，真是超級大，房間有個大浴缸小朋友很喜歡，房間還準備水果，很貼心的服務，訂的湖景房套餐，還包含一份下午茶，前台安排在三號樓七樓是可以看到天泉湖，視野非常好，晚上在酒店周邊散步很愜意。

住的是湖珀園，周圍環境很好，升級了房型到3號樓的7樓，可以看到一部分的湖面。房間寬敞，但配套設施較為簡陋，衞生間牆壁有滲水痕跡，淋浴間的椅子上放的防滑地墊，但上面有頭髮。最讓人無語的是早餐。詢問了主樓餐廳的服務人員，被告知湖珀園的住客可以在主樓用早餐也可以在湖珀園2樓的金海灣用餐，兩邊是一樣的。為了方便長者和孩子，於是選擇近的金海灣餐廳。不到9點被告知東西沒有了，麪條沒了、炒飯沒了、沒有咖啡機，鄰桌孩子拿的食物放在桌上，孩子又去拿食物時就被打掃的工作人員收走了。很無語！
