The room was very clean and well-equipped.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the room was rather small. Even though I booked one of the larger rooms, the space was still cramped. Upon check-in, I noticed obvious stains on the sheets. When I contacted staff, they only changed the sheets, not the entire set of bedding, which felt rather perfunctory. Also, at check-out, the front desk offered a free cloth bag for leaving a good review, which I politely declined. Just for your reference.

Extremely poor hygiene, mite bites, and a dismissive attitude towards my complaint – beware! During my stay at Qingmu Selected Hotel, the room's hygiene was severely substandard, resulting in mite bites that caused multiple red, swollen, and scabbed areas, seriously impacting my health and mood. After the incident, I contacted the hotel multiple times, but they not only delayed addressing the issue but also demanded unnecessary medical certificates to obstruct me. After I clearly stated I would not return to the hotel, they offered a 3-hour hourly room for 69 yuan as compensation – a perfunctory and insincere approach that left me utterly disappointed. I have photos, time records, and chat logs with friends that clearly prove the problem occurred immediately after my check-in. This hotel not only has appalling hygiene conditions but also appalling service attitude and after-sales handling, completely disregarding the health and rights of its guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel; don't let your trip turn into a terrible nightmare of seeking redress!

It's so noisy! I couldn't sleep until 3 a.m., and then I was woken up by traffic and horns around 6 a.m.

I've been to Xuzhou so many times, and I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel! I originally checked into the Wanda branch the night before, but they didn't have the same room type for my extended stay. Considering it was a hotel of the same brand, and having stayed there many times in Nanjing before, I figured it wouldn't be bad. But it was such a surprise! That evening, I had dinner at a friend's house! The sign said free parking, but I had to find a spot on the street myself, and nobody cared. Then, when I got to the front desk around 11 pm, the lady there didn't even look up! They were completely indifferent. From check-in to completion, it took about ten minutes, and they didn't even lift their eyelids before asking for the deposit. I paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe room (large), and I even specifically asked about it. But when I entered the room, there was just a bed, no different from a standard room on Ctrip. I was furious! And I couldn't cancel. But considering it was so late, I reluctantly agreed to sleep. Okay, at midnight, the hallway soundproofing was terrible. Loud noises from the opposite room went unchecked. Early in the morning, the cleaning ladies were chatting and joking in the hallway. And look at their cleanliness! The cabinets were covered in dust, the slippers had marks left by a large man, and the sink was only the size of a palm! I admit the hotel is cheap, but that's no excuse for lowering your standards—it's not a reason to cheat customers. Even a hundred yuan is a loss for the consumer! I don't know how you got those good reviews, but after my personal experience, you really deserve below 4 stars. Garbage! Absolutely garbage—the only place I've been ripped off in Xuzhou!
