Suning Galaxy International Hotel Xuzhou

The hotel was very clean, well-equipped, and the service was attentive and warm. The front desk lady, Ayi, was gentle and meticulous. The check-in process was simple and fast, and she kindly helped us with great arrangements. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I highly recommend it to everyone!

First off, my child absolutely loved our stay in Xuzhou. They were so sad to leave! The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming, even providing complimentary breakfast and toiletries for my little one. The front desk lady was very kind and gentle. The location is super convenient with the Metro Line 1 station (Xuzhou East) directly accessible, and attractions like Wenmiao Temple, Huilongwo, Fuguo Street, and Hubu Mountain are all within walking distance. The underground area connects to Suning Plaza, making shopping and dining a breeze. Golden Eagle and Wenmiao Street are right next door, and there are many small bars and snack stalls around in the evening – perfect for a stroll. Definitely a big recommendation! We stayed on the 55th floor, which my child adored. The room itself was pretty standard but clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Given the quality of the hotel and the service from the staff, it absolutely deserves a five-star rating. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic with plenty of seating. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xuzhou!

This hotel is right in the city center, which is super convenient. There's a subway station nearby, making getting around a breeze. Plus, you can easily walk to all the city's attractions. I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting the area. It was a really good experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Pengcheng Square subway station, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions and night markets. The room offers expansive city views from high above, truly making it a landmark building in Xuzhou. Front desk staff member Xiao Shi (Sherry) was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She added me on WeChat before check-in to ask about my needs, sent me a local travel guide, and even helped upgrade my room. Furthermore, my child accidentally left their braces on the table during breakfast and we left. Liu Jing, a restaurant intern, immediately helped us search for them, even sifting through the garbage bin. There was also a female restaurant manager (whose name I regrettably didn't catch) who helped with the search. A huge thank you to both of them! Xuzhou is great, and this hotel is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

I came to Xuzhou for my birthday, and Sherry kindly upgraded us to a suite. The hotel is located right above Suning Plaza, so I'd say it has the best location in Xuzhou, making it super convenient to get to any attraction. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance! 😃😃

Clean and tidy, with a great view. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is truly excellent – they basically fulfill every request! The only downside is that the in-room control system isn't very smart; many features aren't connected, so you have to manually operate things.

A hidden gem in Xuzhou! This high-rise hotel boasts a prime location with easy access to everything. The ambiance is chic and stylish, and Sherry at the front desk was incredibly friendly and resolved my issues quickly!

Facilities: The bathroom only had 2 bottles of shampoo and 1 conditioner, with no body wash. Does this mean they don't provide proper showering facilities? Hygiene: After showering, I found some curly, hair-like foreign objects near the showerhead. This raises serious doubts about the hotel's hygiene and cleaning management. Service: The hotel has a total of 8 elevators.
