訂了兩間房，夜裡到的沒檢查，早上起來一間居然不能洗澡，聯繫前台，説送我去其他房間洗澡，這麼冷的天房間沒有熱水也奇怪了；另一間門的壓邊條都是壞的，門很難打開。房間也特別冷。

接站服務:第一次到徐州，享受到了酒店的接站服務，挺方便的
設施：房間很大，設施挺完善，房間超多哈，最開始的時候都走錯了
環境：環境整潔，可能唯一不足的是靠馬路有點近，晚上睡覺稍微有點噪音，不過跟別的比起來這點感覺可以忽略啦
服務：這個必須要表揚的，有問必答，幫忙解決了一些小問題。另外我都退房啦，還幫忙在前台存了幾個小時的行李，真的挺感謝的，服務必須100分
整體的住房感覺很愉快啦，如果再去徐州的話，必定還是定你們家哈

除了位置距離市區有點遠 其他我挑不出一點毛病 哦哦有一點 可能是因為春節太忙了 連住兩晚保潔沒有在第二天為我更換新的梳子和牙刷也沒有為我整理床鋪 很喜歡那個摺疊梳子來着 本來想着可以擁有兩把了 無奈
