Hotel is old and due to age very dirty in appearance I.e. corroded bathroom, flaking wall paper, poor air conditioner, no working fridge, no working safe etc An cheap option for an over nighter but avoid if your accustomed to 3 star basics.

The rooms are old and dirty, with poor soundproofing, constant noise, and poor service attitude. It's embarrassing to wait for someone to order dishes, or to fix a lamp. A four-star hotel is not even as good as a two-star hotel, and the price/performance ratio is very low.

週末徐州整體酒店價格不算便宜，這家老牌四星。地理位置很好。價格合適。雖有一些老舊。但是價格決定一切。但是酒店的早餐確實很好。非常有特色。

總體感覺不太好，特別是衞生，浴缸上面的污漬很厚，跟前台協調換了一個房間，才算過得去，地理位置尚可，離市中心挺近，服務就衹能算一般般了，早餐還可以，但還是不建議推薦給大家。

性價比:
國慶假期在徐州住了5晚 提前半個多月定的房間 考慮了很久雖然有些評論不怎麼好 但是他地理位置優越 性價比高 相對於周邊都是四五百 五六百起步的 能在國慶這個時間段市中心位置不到300塊錢提供早餐還是4星酒店還要求啥呢 果斷定吧 實際體驗比預期要高 衞生還是挺好的 離地鐵站很近 離富民街美食特別近 連着三天跑去吃超方便 早餐還算豐盛 5晚衹提供了3天的水果 不知道什麼原因 當然也是有不好的體驗 一，沒有洗衣房 明明在訂房的時候設施裏寫着有洗衣服務 但是實際上去了説沒有 衹能送乾洗店 還不一定幾天能好 也衹能自己手洗了 二，有天晚上回來空調不好用了 叫了維修的過來看了會搞不定竟然還嘲諷的跟我説都這個天了 外面的温度才多少 空調肯定啟動不起來 都這樣 沒辦法 可是呢我真的很熱啊 明明白天還是好的 前一天甚至比當天還冷也是好的 然後我把温度調的很低過了一會啟動起來再調高就好了 呵呵 後面幾天依然是好用的 所以來？

交通便利，一眼就能看到，雖然是老酒店了，設施什麼的也沒那麼新，但是一眼看過去衞生也還行，結果睡了一晚，第二天早上脖子很癢，被癢醒了，抓了一下又紅又腫還發燙，過敏了。被子消毒估計沒做到位

老酒店了，優點缺點各説一下，
先説優點吧，地理位置優越，離一號線地鐵站醫大附院近，五六分鐘，旁邊還有一個大教堂，離金鷹還有小吃街都很近。包含雙早，價格公道。他家早餐很棒，晚上送水果。好吃。
缺點，裝修實在太舊了，地上鋪的地毯很臟，普通標間的衞生間居然是浴缸，帶着小朋友，使用那真是災難。
睡了一夜過來，身上癢啊
如果下次真的要住，建議住行政標間，衞生間
