大堂及服務人員素質。髙，服務熱情，細心.周到，給人以家和親人感覚；酒店內生好，沒施完善、實用，感到極為方便：周邊環境優美，窗外青山秀姜，沿街特色小吃品類豐富：酒店餐斤佈局典雅，空間寬敝，潔凈衞生，餐食、飲品精緻、品類具多。住宿期間，房間還奉送乾果、糖果及銀耳湯，讓賓客體驗到了實實在在的實惠！

房間很好，特別是前台服務很熱情，辦理入住也很快。有贈送乾果和飲品，退房時候有送伴手禮，護手霜，味道很喜歡，整體來講還是不錯的，有一點點小遺憾衞生細節需要加強，早餐廳的服務員需要培訓服務意識。

古奈輕奢酒店我喜歡，所以我選擇了續住，酒店地處西康商業廣場、臨近萬達廣場、交通方便、四周全是吃的，服務態度非常好，前台和餐廳服務員很專一到位，每天晚上還送點心到客房，很人性化，值得贊。但是客房服務員有一個服務員不太友好，第一天去喊服務員問情況，不裏不睬，喊了好多遍才答應，但還衹管在別的房間不出來，這樣的服務員應該要讓她下崗，不然一粒老鼠屎壞了一缸醬。

房間的規格與佈局是高檔酒店的佈局，衹是酒店年頭較長有些陳舊，但是使用依然便利。服務很是周到熱情而細膩周到，加餐、點心精緻而貼心。江景也很美，焚香一衹、清茶一壺、眺望遠山心曠神怡。

這家店的裝修，設施都是非常用心的，使用方便而且構思全面，服務非常周到，衞生做的連我這個每次都帶一堆一次性用品出門的人都放棄使用自己的，直接使用酒店提供的。早餐也根據客人的愛好進行了配置，總之非常滿意，推薦。

設施：酒店設施挺不錯的，都很好，更讓我驚喜的是酒店還有保險箱，還有一個小冰箱裏麪也有免費的飲品，還有速溶咖啡，茶包，還有浴袍，而且更好的是晚上還會送甜品，真的是一個寶藏酒店。
衞生：住過很多酒店，這個酒店的衞生都很好，沒有不好的。
環境：環境也不錯，也挺好找的，
服務：不得不説這個服務態度是很不錯的，前台小哥哥小姐姐都挺不錯的，還有一位叔叔我們辦理入住的時候還給我拿了茶水和甜品，上次來雅安住的酒店那個前台接待真的很不好，但是這個酒店前台給我的感覺真的很舒服，謝謝前台小哥哥小姐姐，還有那位叔叔，很滿意，
總體來説都很滿意，謝謝你們的熱情招待，生意興隆，財源廣進🥰🥰

硬件設施很棒前台辦入住的地方會有茶道演出如果需要可去觀看酒店非常有主題性，中式元素很濃厚早餐是套餐很豐盛飲品也有很多，特別是入住的時候會給你準備歡迎飲品和一些茶點，房間也有mini bar，唯一的不足就是前台的個別服務人員可能入住客人比較多態度較冷漠整體體驗還是很不錯的，有機會下次來雅安一定還會選擇這個酒店的
