房間很大，但設施極其差，電話，水壺均是壞的，空調外機轟隆隆響，實在無法入睡，致電前台，連換三個房間，勉強湊合一晚。以前每到一個城市，總會選擇維也納連鎖，基本沒踩坑，這次的事情，打破了對維也納的好感，實在有失水準。希望酒店管理層能反思下，如此差的設施怎麼經營喔。
