The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, excellent facilities, and high standards of cleanliness. The service was attentive and warm, and the welcome fruit and thoughtful local gifts were a lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese options, and tasted delicious. Nearly everything was impeccable, making for a truly wonderful stay.

Whenever I return to Ya'an, I always choose this place. The facilities aren't luxurious but they're perfectly adequate. The staff are warm and professional, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Everything is just right – I'll definitely be coming back here next time!

Chain hotels definitely have their quality, service, and environment guaranteed. I just felt the facilities were a tiny bit old, but that's perfectly fine, given the high occupancy and usage. There's a large parking lot outside the hotel with charging stations, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the bustling area, which is very convenient.

I stayed for another day, put aside the unpleasantness of the previous day, and evaluated the hotel on the second day with more objective standards. Let me start with the advantages: 1. The fresh milk for breakfast is better than the pure milk in many hotels, such as Wanglaoji. 2. The parking lot is large and parking is convenient. 3. It is convenient to eat at the door. There is a Yongwazi restaurant at the door which tastes pretty good. Let’s talk about the shortcomings: 1. The hotel facilities are average. There is no sofa, no smart system, no small refrigerator, and the hair dryer is relatively cheap in the room. The public restroom on the first floor does not have squat toilets to meet the needs of different guests. 2. The room card is not very sensitive when taking the elevator, sometimes it takes several times to be recognized. Summary: Overall, it is quite satisfactory, except that the brand has no highlights to attract customers to choose again. If you don't want to go wrong, you can choose this one, but if you have expectations, choose carefully.

I took my children to Bifengxia Wildlife Park and booked this hotel for two nights. I would like to briefly share my experience. When booking a twin room, it showed that I could use my "free upgrade" benefit (but my benefit points would be deducted once). If you don’t have the right to a free room upgrade, why does Ctrip show that you can choose a free room upgrade? Will this behavior mislead customers who originally would not choose you to choose you? Is there false advertising? 2. When I checked in, you did not tell me that I could not enjoy this benefit, but only said that I would be arranged to a non-smoking floor, making the customer mistakenly believe that he had enjoyed the benefit. However, I actually learned that floors 2 to 7 are ordinary rooms and there was no such thing as an upgrade. However, the hotel felt at ease deducting my room upgrade rights twice through Ctrip. They collected the upgrade fee but gave the user an ordinary room and tried to conceal the fact and get away with it. Is this fraud? 3. After I discovered the problem and raised objections to the hotel and Ctrip, Ctrip also actively coordinated with the hotel. The hotel did not realize that there was a problem with its service at all. Instead, it told me that they did not want to accept Ctrip's room upgrade order in the first place, but that Ctrip unilaterally forced the arrangement. The hotel also said that it could not refund the benefit points for the room upgrade. After coordination, the hotel said that the floor could be upgraded to the 8th or 9th floor, but the room size and facilities would be exactly the same. I would like to ask the hotel, what is upgrade? Upgrade means that at least one of the room size, room facilities, room functions, view outside the window, etc. is different or significantly improved. You can see that there is no view outside their window, you can see the old house and the parking lot. So what is the difference between the 7th floor and the 8th floor? To sum up, without talking about other things, just talking about the hotel’s service and attitude, it has already given people an extremely bad feeling. Let me briefly talk about other things. In terms of room facilities, as a chain brand hotel, the price is also at an upper-middle level in Ya'an. There is no small refrigerator in the room, no smart toilet or smart toilet seat, no small sofa, no smart home. All in all, it can only be said to be average. You say it's pretty standard. If you put more effort into your service, you can get it like this. Well, it’s not that it’s troublesome, I just really don’t want to stay here tonight. In fact, it doesn't matter whether I get a room upgrade or not. In the end, I refused to upgrade from the 7th floor to the 8th floor. However, the hotel pretended to offer a room upgrade, but they took the money for the upgrade and arranged a normal room. This behavior is too ugly.

The one that stands out in Holiday Inn Express! The location is near the covered bridge. The self-parking lot is large and suitable for self-driving. It is very convenient to get in and out.
