Very nice team, great location, comfortable and traditional rooms, shared kitchen where you can get to know fellow travelers and very clean. Would happily come back.

The boss has several B&Bs with similar locations but different types. The one I booked this time is a fairly new one. It has clean and good sanitary facilities and I saw many Western guests staying there. The B&B has shared bathing and toilets but they are very clean. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Ura Port, the most prosperous port in Yakushima.

I thought it would be somewhat uncomfortable because it was a guesthouse, but it was a newly renovated building, so it was very clean, and the travelers were well-mannered, so I felt good during my stay. It was a tatami room.

The room was bigger than I expected and the location was good. It was quiet and good for stargazing at night.

It's an inexpensive bed and breakfast with a shared bathroom and restroom, but the rooms are clean and spacious. It's close to the bus stop, and there are some restaurants nearby, so it's okay.

The facility was very clean and the location was good. I think the check out time is 9:30 too early even though the shared fridge and bathroom is understandable. Other than that, it was generally good.

環境舒適，入住體驗很好，安靜悠閑的度假時光，可以充分的得到放大。

close the entire "hotel" at 6pm, don't allow check-in after 6pm.. this is unheard of for an hotel. either you allow check-in until 8pm at least or don't call yourself an hotel. we were almost left without a place that night. they didn't agree to refund either.. (notified us via email one same day of check-in, didn't call even).

I got own room for 10days. It was really nice value. But futon bed makes little bit back pain. Other than that location is good and convenient for move around all island. A-Corp is 10 minutes away. Bus stop for Gyomonsigi,shiratani unsuikyo is 5 mins away.

Used the annex for overnight stay. The new building is clean, but the annex is quite old and creaks in many places. However, the cleaning is done very thoroughly, and the owner and his wife are very friendly and you can feel safe staying here. Also, earplugs are a must wherever you stay in Yakushima. There are many shops nearby, so I think it's a good place to use as a base.

I stayed there before and had drinks with a few guests and the owner, and he was the type of person who would casually threaten to kill a guest. I wonder if the owner of this place is still alive?
