The hotel is located in the city center within walking distance of the old town and the cathedral. Unusual for this chain, the rich decoration of the first floor with a swimming pool and open glass elevators. On the second floor there is a dummy of a mammoth with a baby mammoth and lecture halls where we held events. Good business lunch. I had a single room on the 7th floor, large in area. The bed is double with a comfortable mattress, next to the bed there are two bedside tables with sockets and turning off the general light. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. There is shampoo and shower gel. Near the entrance there is a small hanger, a safe and a small refrigerator without a freezer compartment. There is a large LCD TV. Breakfast varied, we had chum salmon, herring, egg porridge, sausages, bacon, beans, pickled vegetables, pastries. Good value for money. Качество уборки (под кроватью остатки еды в номере 404), завтраки (подавали спекшуюшуюся на дне кашу), обслуживания (неприветливый персонал) и состояние комнат, мебели, сантехники, бассейна не позволяют поставить положительную оценку. А тренажерный зал, который на ресепшене обещали, что доступен всегда оказался закрытым.

Хочется отметить сначала плюсы + Замечательный и приветливый персонал на ресепшн + Очень внимательный Room Service + Номер после ремонта Теперь минусы - Завтрак не отвечает заявленной категории 4* - В ресторане отеля отдельная история, заказал пасту карбонара, но как выяснилось здесь её готовят по своему рецепту без яиц, порции принесли такие что даже не смешно, выкладываю фото борщ в чашке для бульона где помещаются от силы четыре ложки это сильно, овощное плато тоже заслуживает внимания и то и другое стоит больше 400 рублей, один маленький огурец и помидор за 450 рублей это уже слишком - При расчёте не спросили являюсь ли я участником программы лояльности, в итоге не посчитали скидку В итоге отель на 4* не соответствует по ряду показателей, в ресторан отеля я лично больше есть не пойду, лучше на первый этаж там и порции нормальные и стоит столько же примерно фото где все нормально с порциями это Остерио Марио рекомендую))

Отель старый, мебель старая, розетки некоторые выдраны из стены. Общее ощущение разрухи. Сравнивать с новой современной 4кой смысла нет. В Якутске нет новых Хороших отелей. Чисто Доброжелательный внимательный сервис ресепшн , рум сервис Завтраки мне не подошли, не уровень 4ки Большой минус - слабый интернет Работать в удаленном доступе не смогла

Мне не понравился номер, от слова совсем. Стоимость 13600 рублей в сутки, а обои в комнате изорваны и истрепаны на углах. Ванна маленькая от слова совсем. Под ковролином какие люки громыхают при ходьбе. Завтрак тоже не блещет. Ожидал большего комфорта

Удобное расположение, но остальное оставляет желать лучшего! Достаточно-чисто в номерах, но вся мебель очень изношена. Очень колоритный мамонт на 2 этаже! Интернет работает исправно.Далее подробнее: 1) Сантехника в номерах неисправна и вода постоянно течет-а это утекают ваши деньги, отельеры! 2) Завтрак очень скромный-продукты явно не свежие (выпечка чёрствая, кукуруза явно испорчена, готовые блюда невкусные), а некоторых наименований просто не хватает на всех-постоянно нет блинов, бульона, томатного сока. На ужин все очень вкусно, но очень мало! 3) На 7 этаже в кулере из обоих клапанов течёт горячая вода, то есть холодной питьевой нету! 4) Бассейн-это просто песня! Состояние ужасное, а раздевалки как таковые отсутствуют-одна общая для м и ж да и на раздевалку это не похоже, скорее просто какой то проход между стенами, про душ в бассейне вообще молчу. 5) Штора в номере неисправна и темноту сделать не получается
