    Very Good

The breakfast is average and the service is good. The hotel is on a hillside and has to climb a few steps. It is not suitable for bringing children. It is a bit far from the ski slopes and it takes 10 minutes to walk. The parking lot is not close to the hotel. Private hot spring is ok.

      Perfect

The service was very good. Although I knew beforehand that the hotel staff could call us to the Zao bus station to drive us to the hotel. The hotel staff picked me up with my name tag, Still moved. It also picked us up for free to other attractions in Zao. The hotel's catering service was great and the hot spring facilities were good. Although the hotel's equipment looks a bit old, it matches the theme of the snow scene and its own hot spring hotel, but it has a unique flavor. On the day I left, I missed some items in the room. I left Yamagata at that time, so I emailed the hotel, and the hotel quickly delivered my leftover items to my next hotel. thank you very much!

      Outstanding

From Tokyo take the Yamagata Shinkansen to Yamagata. The bus stop is the exit. It takes about half an hour to get to Zao Onsen. After getting on the bus, call the hotel and the hotel will pick you up at the station. The front desk service is very good. There is a little brother who can speak a little Chinese. The dinner party dinner and breakfast are very rich. The hot spring sulfur smell is strong. The water is smooth but hot. The ski lifts and stations can be called at the front desk. The waiter who took us to the room told us that the hotel has been over 300 years old, but it was a bit tired to go up and down without an elevator.
