Sai no Yado Fūsen

We stayed here at the end of March. The common room was warm, but the individual rooms were very cold. Even with the air conditioning running 24/7 for heating, it was still chilly. It was impossible to walk around barefoot without slippers. The bathroom was only accessible until 10 PM, and there was always a queue for it. It's also quite a distance from the lake and any supermarkets. On the plus side: constant interaction with other guests (it was very interesting to exchange experiences), no rude tourists, and your stay largely depends on your own attitude.

The landlady provided excellent service, the rooms were clean and tidy, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there was even a shuttle service. The courtyard was also very pleasant. This is the top choice hotel when visiting Yamanaka Lake!

While there were a few minor concerns regarding cleanliness, the atmosphere of the open-air bath was wonderful, and I was able to relax surrounded by nature. The facilities and amenities were also excellent and made for a comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and polite, and overall, I was very satisfied with the inn.

It was quite a steep slope and it was quite difficult to walk. Other than that it was neither good nor bad.

The owner, a Chinese man, was very hospitable. He arranged for pick-up and drop-off service and even recommended some places to visit!

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, clean, and quiet. You might even spot deer on the nearby path. The hotel staff also offer a shuttle service if it's convenient! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Yamanakako again!

I stayed here during a festival. The walk to the venue is a bit far, but it's along the lake, so it's not a big deal. However, the steep slope after turning from the lake to the accommodation was quite a steep climb... (I saw a deer in the morning.) The room was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Amenities included bath towels, disposable face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, hair dryer, kettle, and water. The only mirror was in the bathroom, so it would have been nice to have a tabletop mirror. I'd definitely stay here again!

Was a very very clean room! It's much better than the photo and very close to the lake. My friend and I lost our passports, and the administrator helped us communicate with the bus station and we got them back successfully! It's worth staying here, thanks sister! ! !
