I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Love this place! The onsen in the room is great. Have a full view of Mt Fuji. The staff is friendly and prompt. Love my whole experience. Would recommend you to drive.

The hotel itself is really great in particular the services provided by every hotel staff and quality of food. Our room for ur family with three adults is spacious and excellent. The surrounding areas are quiet and beautiful. However, the location is a bit remote and we need to drive up and down the hill to reach this nice and excellent hotel. We will definitely come again. Thanks a lot for all hotel staff for our excellent experience of residing in this 5-star hotel.

The rooms are very nice and warm. The in room onsen is very good for relaxation in a private environment.

Stayed in the room with private Onsen in April. The room was very big and facilities were great. We drove here with plans to visit Kawaguchiko and Gotemba, the location was good for us considering our mode of transport. The only issue we had was that the room was very hot. The heater was centralised and we could not adjust the temperature and was advised to open the window to cool the room down. Even though we opened the window, the curtains would limit the air from coming in which made the room feel a little like a sauna at times. I still give this place a big thumbs up but will reconsider coming back here because of the heating issue.

The bed mattress is sagging and I have to sleep on the couch...

Nice hotel but the noisy insulation has room for improvement if there is family living above your room, you can hear their footsteps at night

Near the Lake Yamanaka where there are beautiful swans. Staff friendly and love the private onsen.
