Hotel Mt. Fuji

Convenient of you have car the hotel is located up the hill! Room at harvest wing are generally brighter and they have lovely water bottle as collection! Onsen are good and there is convenient store down the hotel with car it’s within 5mins and opposite for swan feeding or boat rides.

Great hotel with outstanding view No washing mashines

I had a great stay! The onsens were lovely and looked exactly like the photos, with a great view of Mt Fuji. Everything was very clean and the sauna and whirlpool made the stay such a relaxing one. The views were just awesome and Mt Fuji looked great in the sunset. Breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and Western food and tasted great. Service was ok, not the warmest people but they did their best. If only it wasn't so far up the mountain or if it was easier to get shuttles up and down the hill, it will be perfect!

Wonderful hotel with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. The room was clean and comfortable, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Seeing Mt. Fuji from the hotel made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

The view looking from my room balcony is really breathtaking

Hotel Mt Fuji has the best views of Lake Yamanaka and Mt Fuji. It is located high up on a hill and looks down over the lake. Shuttle bus service to and from Yamamakako iriguchi was excellent. The staff in 7 eleven kindly called for me to be picked up on arrival and again on the second day of my stay. The breakfast was the best in the past 2  weeks of my trip. Japanese breakfast is so delicious. The omelette chef was such a perfectionist and each was made perfectly. Staff were particularly helpful and the public baths , there are 2 different locations ,are excellent, both very different. The hotel itself is very old and dated and could do with a renovation. However saying that, the room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to open the window which had an insect screen and have fresh air. The only thing I did not like is that you could not wear your yukata to breakfast. No big deal really. I would highly recommend Hotel Mt Fuji.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mount Fuji. The highlight was definitely the view from my room's balcony, where I could see both Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanakako. Waking up to such a beautiful scenery was unforgettable. I also loved that the room had a tatami corner—it quickly became my favorite spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel has two outdoor onsen, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area provided a stunning view of Mt. Fuji while enjoying the meal. The hotel is located on top of a hill, so getting there by public transportation can be a little challenging. As a solo traveler without a car, I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which picked me up from the 7-Eleven at the bottom of the hill. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji.

Being on top of the hill, the air is so fresh and the bird sings. I enjoyed the hotel onsen overlooking Mt Fuji and the buffet breakfast room with a lovely view. I stayed on the 3rd floor on the old side and there are 10 steps of stair which is very difficult with my 2 luggage. The room needs to be updated and if YouTube and Netflix are available it would be good.
