We stayed in Villa No. 101, and the view of Mount Fuji from the bedroom was absolutely stunning – we all loved it! The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, plus complimentary Japanese beer. The check-in process, which is automated via an iPad, could be simplified. It was quite complicated and time-consuming, and the experience became even more stressful when there was a connection error during check-in. Everything else was great, though. It was a wonderful stay for our large family.

The villa location is great but there is no Mt Fuji view from villa 104. Remember to book Villa 101 / 102 if you want to have Mt Fuji view from villa. The villa is not so clean as i still can see dust / hair around the villa. Overall I'm fine with this villa due to its great location.

After reading many people's comments, I will talk about it in detail. There are five villas in total. 101 and 102 face the Yamanaka Lake. You can see Mount Fuji in the room (including the bathtub on the second floor). So don't hesitate if there are vacancies in these two villas online. Close your eyes and book. Regarding facilities 1. The 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom written in the system are inaccurate. The villa has 2 floors, each floor has a bathroom and a bath. 2. It says that it can accommodate 10 people, but in fact, it can accommodate children. There is a small attic that can also accommodate people. Our 2 families (4 adults and 2 children) can accommodate it this time. But if it is 3 families. It can't be accommodated, it is not 2 completely enclosed bedrooms. 3. It is said online that check-in is very troublesome. Because there is no front desk staff, it is a self-service form, but Ctrip sent an email one day in advance. Through the hotel's official website, you can fill in everyone's check-in information before checking in. The email also sent the room's password lock. When you arrive at the hotel, you only need to press the password to enter the room. And on the spot, you only need to take a photo on the tablet to confirm that it is you. Very convenient. 4. The kitchen is very well equipped. But there are no seasonings. 5. For guests who charter a car, buy ingredients at a large supermarket in Yamanakako before check-in for dinner and breakfast the next day (it is best not to include hotel breakfast, saying that hotel breakfast is just a sandwich + milk) 6. You can fry meat or hot pot outdoors, and you can also cook vegetables indoors. It is really suitable for family outings. 7. There is a vending machine outside the hotel where you can buy some drinks. There is no alcohol 8. The next morning you can go to the popular spot for checking in and taking photos with swans - Hirano Beach

The worst hotel experience in my life. No one was there to serve. The only tablet inside crashed when I contacted the customer service. The equipment inside was also sloppy, and no attention was paid to details. For example, the sofa facing the TV had no cushions behind it, and people could fall directly into it. The toilet on the second floor could not close the curtains and people could see inside from outside. It is really blind for such an expensive hotel to provide such service.

The room is very good. You can see Mount Fuji when you open the window. You can reach the lake right outside. There is a kitchen downstairs where you can cook your own meals. It is suitable for a family to stay for a few more days.

The best location to see Mount Fuji. Rooms 102 and 101 are facing Mount Fuji. The living room and dining room are downstairs, and there are two rooms upstairs. Although there are five beds that can accommodate 10 people, one bed is in the attic, which is very inconvenient. There is only one bathroom on the second floor, so it is best for 4 people. However, the view from the room is so good that the 5 of us were very happy to stay there. The hygiene is good and the facilities are very complete. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are convenience stores and small restaurants about a 10-minute walk away.

The environment is comfortable, well-equipped, and has a first-class view of Mount Fuji. It is suitable for a family or a group of friends to gather together.

The room is a five-minute walk from the Hirano Beach of Lake Yamanaka, facing Mount Fuji, which is great, but there are not many restaurants around, so it is suitable to drive there and buy food to cook in the B&B. By the way, choose 101 or 102 to have a direct view of Mount Fuji. Then you need to check in by yourself. If the mobile phone link cannot be done, there is a small house next to room 101 with an iPad to handle it.

I brought my 90-year-old mother to spend the New Year here. I feel ripped off. The same room type and same pictures, 101 and 102 have great views, 104 is in the corner and you can't see anything. I stayed in 104 on the Little New Year's Eve, and the price was more than 2,000 yuan more expensive than on the Big New Year's Eve.
