Yan'an Zuo Mo Hotel

The front desk service was excellent, and all the staff I encountered greeted me proactively. The breakfast was very rich, and I really enjoyed having congee for dinner. The room wasn't very big, and it faced a main road in the front and train tracks in the back, so there was a bit of noise when trains passed by at night.

The hotel is newly opened. Although Pagoda Mountain is across the street, you have to take a taxi (minimum fare) to get to the revolutionary site of Pagoda Mountain. Taxis are very convenient for getting to all revolutionary sites in Yan'an, so don't even think about walking. Our room, 502, faced the railway tracks, and the rumbling noise did disturb our sleep. There were only two sets of laundry equipment, so you had to queue if it was busy. The self-service breakfast was decent for the price, but there were many tour groups, and it was hard to find a seat during peak hours. The free hotel shuttle service could be improved. It would be helpful to inform guests beforehand that they need to take the escalator down at Yan'an Station to the ride-hailing pick-up point, and that drop-off at the station is only on the opposite side of the road, to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Overall, this hotel is still acceptable, and drinking water is freely available.

Staying at the Yan'an Zuomo Hotel during my trip to Yan'an was a great experience. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered jujube tea and bottled warm water upon check-in, and were very polite. The hotel facilities are brand new, with smart controls, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The shower had excellent water pressure. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, catering to all budgets. Parking was also convenient.

The photos were taken when we checked out. This hotel is excellent! The breakfast was super rich and delicious, and the front desk staff and housekeepers were all very polite. The room was clean and hygienic, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the shower water pressure was good too.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! From booking to check-out, everything was excellent, so I definitely have to give it a positive review. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was – even the corners of the desks were spotless. You can tell they put a lot of effort into cleaning and have very high standards. The common areas were also very well-maintained. Overall, the environment made me feel very comfortable.

I stayed for two nights and found the facilities to be quite comprehensive. The surrounding area has restaurants, which was very convenient. As soon as I entered the lobby, it displayed nearby tourist attractions, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was also very rich. All in all, it offered great value for money.

This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

The hotel parking was very convenient, the service was warm and welcoming, and they even offered late-night snacks. The room was clean and tidy. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!
