Shengtong Wan'ao Hotel (Yan'an Baota Mountain Qingliang Mountain)

This hotel is located right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for transportation! It's surrounded by Wanda Plaza and numerous other shopping centers, with countless dining options nearby, so shopping and eating are a breeze. The Yan River flows right in front of the hotel, with lush, green hills and rivers in the distance. The hotel is also backed by Qingliang Mountain, and you can even see the Pagoda Mountain scenic area from the hotel entrance. The facilities are comprehensive, parking is easy, and the hygiene is excellent. The front desk staff are welcoming, thoughtful, and meticulous – a big shout-out to the young lady working the evening shift that day! The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options, along with local Yan'an specialties; the food is plentiful and delicious!

We got an upgraded room with a view of Baota Mountain. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. It's conveniently located for getting around, with plenty of parking available. There are also many dining options nearby, as it's close to a commercial area.

The room was very clean and the facilities were quite new, with smart home features. The service was also excellent. I didn't opt for breakfast, but when I checked in, the manager warmly offered breakfast vouchers for my child and elderly parents, which was a really thoughtful gesture. I just forgot to take pictures.

The location is fantastic, right at the foot of Baota Mountain. You can enjoy the night view from your bed! The staff provided excellent service! Highly commendable! Highly recommended!!

My friends and I booked a hotel in Yan'an, and the service was excellent. They upgraded our room for free and gave us a great view. We booked a standard room, the bed was large, the room was very clean, and the shower and toilet were separate. Plus, the location is conveniently located, just steps from Wanda Plaza for dining. The breakfast was also very plentiful; I especially loved the wontons and toast. Everyone should check it out!

The service was attentive and meticulous, and the environment was comfortable. Lying in bed, I enjoyed the panoramic view of Pagoda Hill. Through the window, I gazed at the old city of Yan'an at night, its cityscape illuminated by lights, creating a unique and beautiful scene.

Five stars out of ten! The room was clean and tidy, the customer service was attentive and helpful, the stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
