Hi Inn (Yan'an University Yangjialing)

1. The self-service washing machines were visibly dirty with mud and had a strong mildew smell that was noticeable as you walked by. 2. We booked two identical rooms, but they were significantly different. We had to switch rooms later. It felt like they were testing whether I'd just let it go. 3. The breakfast buns were pre-made, which really lowers the image of Yan'an. (As a tourist city, it doesn't even deserve an image anyway.)

I was very satisfied with the hotel in Yan'an. It's just 100 meters to the right of the hotel entrance (Yangjialing Revolutionary Base Area) and 300 meters to the bus stop, making it convenient to go anywhere. Most importantly, the room was clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. They provided complimentary coffee and soy milk, and even gave us steamed buns the next day. It was fantastic! 👍 There's also free luggage storage if you're leaving late! There are also many places to eat nearby.

The new hotel had a strong odor, the air conditioner was installed directly on the bed, the toilet flushing was too noisy, and breakfast only consisted of simple meals. Most importantly, the soundproofing was terrible. During the summer holidays, with so many children staying there, their noise and jumping were crystal clear, making it difficult to sleep. The only advantage was that the facilities were new.

The place was clean and hygienic, the rooms were bright, and the service was of high quality.

Facilities: Fully equipped, offering free drinking water, laundry and drying facilities, and other self-service options. Cleanliness: Very clean, rooms are tidy and odor-free. Environment: Very quiet, with card access for added security. Service: Good service attitude.

The room was spacious, there was a place to eat near the entrance, and most importantly, it was clean. The overall color scheme of the room was also very comfortable. There were complimentary snacks, small gifts, and hot complimentary soy milk. The prices were also very reasonable, making it excellent value for money.
