Atour Hotel, Zaoyuan Avenue, Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall

The hotel service was consistently excellent, as always. The staff were very enthusiastic, and the hotel is incredibly close to the attractions. The breakfast was delicious. It was a very satisfying trip, highly recommended!

Traveling with friends, choosing Atour was an excellent decision! First off, check-in was super fast and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable – I even bought one of their pillows, it was that good! The soundproofing was also excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Atour Hotel. I'll definitely be back, and I suggest everyone gives it a try. Plus, parking was very convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. I'll definitely be back. Check-in was fast, the front desk service was attentive, and the room was clean and tidy with comfortable air conditioning. Highly recommended! The breakfast was rich, fresh, and varied, and I was very satisfied with the service. The TV even allowed screen mirroring, and they issued the invoice quickly. They even offered tea during check-in, and the shower water temperature was perfect. No matter where you encountered hotel staff, they would politely greet you. In the evening, they offered a late-night congee service, and upon check-out, they even gave me a warm bottle of water, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Quite mediocre, my review is the same as the previous one. To add to that, we stood at the front desk for nearly 40 minutes during check-in, even though we only had two rooms and had booked well in advance. During check-out, the front desk staff (a different person) also asked: 'Did you book on Ctrip?' Then she glanced at the computer and said: 'Oh, not Ctrip, then you can go.' This place won't be getting a good review from me.

The notes on Ctrip are useless; leaving a message asking for a room not to face the street doesn't help either. I've stayed here many times, and the cleanliness was really worrying the last two times—last time there were cobwebs, and this time there were bugs on the curtains. However, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I chose Atour for a business trip. The bedding was very comfortable, but the square dance music outside was too loud and lasted until almost ten o'clock in the evening. Parking was convenient at the door.

The front desk service is very good, very enthusiastic, and the service attitude is particularly good. It is the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in in recent years. It is very clean, close to the scenic area, and very convenient to enter and exit. It is very comfortable overall. 51 brought children to play, and the front desk also specially provided popcorn, animal erasers, fruits and children's toiletries sets, which is very considerate. The orange juice at the front desk is delicious, and the robot is also very smart.

The hotel is on the street and there is square dancing going on across the street. I asked the front desk and they said it would last until 10pm. They suggested I close the windows (I didn't know to close the windows because it was noisy downstairs, and it was still noisy after I closed it, so I called to ask). They said there were no rooms available and suggested I bring earplugs. I was speechless.

This is my first time choosing Atour when I came to Yan'an. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and provided hot milk in the evening. It felt very cozy. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast was also rich and the dining environment was warm and tasteful.
