I booked two rooms and arranged them to the top position. The layout of the rooms is very awkward, because it's too late to change! Strange that your other rooms are empty, what do you mean by having to arrange this room?

住了兩晚，總體感覺不錯:1.有地上地下停車場，自駕很方便。昨天下午管理停車場的小夥子還幫助我們找車位，特別友好。2.酒店很乾凈，設施使用起來也都很方便。3.客房和前台的服務人員態度也非常友好，我失眠，同前台人員講後，給調整的房間很清凈，睡了個好覺。4.礦泉水就擺在各樓層，自己取，不用外出買水。5.酒店前面兩個紅綠燈就是一個大商場，吃飯購物也方便。6.早餐分中式西式兩個餐枱，品種還可以，推薦小米綠豆粥。外賣需要自己到前台取，建議酒店還是配置機器人吧。

第一次來延安玩，訂的美麗豪。訂的家庭房，一張大床一張小床，很適合一家四口住。第一天入住可能是因為入住率不高，酒店的早餐不敢恭維，早餐幾乎都是涼的而且種類非常少，餐廳工作人員倒是很多。希望以後改進下吧，即使人少也要適當的把早餐種類配齊一些，哪怕都少量一些，可供選擇性多一點才好，總體的入住體驗感還算可以。

服務非常好，房間很大很温馨，乾淨整潔，給我們房間還送了水果，並非房間升了級，中餐的環境不錯，價位有點小貴但是可以接受，比較是五星街酒店嘛，值得推薦的是他們36樓的早餐廳非常好，品種很多，當地的小吃很不錯，比如，大棗，碗託，紫薯，粉條，都是我愛吃的，唯一不足的是電梯有點慢，等了好久的電梯，估計是早上吃早餐的人有點多了。總體來説還是很不錯的了，值得推薦的

服務非常好，房間很寬敞明亮，朋友推薦的感覺物有所值，尤其是五樓燒烤城超讚，服務員很熱情，唯一不好的就是人太多了，我們排了將近半個小時的號，才輪到我們，因為我們預約的時候沒有包間了，總體來説燒烤味道很好，環境不錯，來這邊主要是停車場很大，停車方便，值得推薦

酒店前台服務非常好，房間很乾凈，不足的是電梯有點慢，值得推薦的是他們五樓的燒烤城很有特色，看着規模還比較大，味道不錯，我們四個人花了不到200元，，上菜速度有待提高，可能是生意太好了的原因吧，總體來説非常不錯😊值得推薦一下
