我最近因為出差入住了這家酒店，體驗非常出色，值得給予五星好評！從我抵達的那一刻起，酒店員工就展現出了專業而熱情的服務，前台接待迅速、友好。房間寬敞、乾淨，佈置得非常雅緻，窗外的風景更是美不勝收。設施也很齊全！

在延安棗園附近，酒店有點陳舊了，翻個身床也咯吱咯吱響，早餐還可以，餐廳裝修不錯，還有新聞聯播！

延安大酒店硬件非常好，走廊寬、房間大，雙床都是1.5米的，帶着孩子就是衝著這個大床去的，早餐也行。但酒店的管理太差了，走廊和房間的地毯都是一片片的地圖好像沒有清理過，晚上11點到的酒店，房間居然沒有換床單，被子下邊床單上手摸着一床的小顆粒，不知道啥東西，衞生間坐便竟然有沒有沖走的衞生紙，夜班服務員服務非常好，連夜又打掃了衞生換了床單，第二天到前台反映前台好像不以為然，顯示的五鑽感覺像過去的招待所。

酒店在市區很好找，門口吃飯也方便。因為飯店較多，所以停車較為不便，還好在工作人員的協調下終於停進來了。房間設施完善，乾淨衞生。早餐一般，東西不是很多，但也能吃飽。吃完會讓自己把餐盤放置統一位置。
