Eastern Shrine Hotel

Great service, excellent environment. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Yan'an. I thought I'd already reviewed it, but since I can again, I'll just jot down a few thoughts. Also, why haven't my points been credited yet?

The room was clean and spacious, but the glass door to the bathroom wasn't very private – you could see inside when showering, which was a bit inconvenient. The location is quite good, just across the bridge from Wanda Plaza, and Pagoda Mountain is within walking distance. Qingliang Mountain is right behind the hotel. However, it's at a crossroads, so rooms facing the street can be noisy; if that bothers you, request an inner room. There's a convenient parking lot right outside.

The room was great, and the location was super convenient to everything. Wanda Plaza is just across the bridge, and Qingliang Mountain and Baota Mountain are right nearby. The front desk staff were very responsive, and the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly. They even gave us some snacks when we checked out! Highly recommend!

A fantastic hotel right in Yan'an's bustling downtown area. You can see the Pagoda Hill right from your window! The service was warm and attentive, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delivered to the room and quite substantial.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and there was even someone dedicated to assisting with the elevator. Uncle Bao'an, in particular, was fantastic – helping with luggage and directing parking. The hotel's location is superb, with Pagoda Mountain to the left and Qingliang Mountain to the right as you exit, making it very convenient for getting around.

I traveled with my family during the Chinese New Year, and it was our first time in Yan'an, so we chose this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the price before the Spring Festival was very reasonable. The room was super spacious, with large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic and delivered right to our room. The location is great, very close to Baota Mountain and also near the Erdaojie morning market!

The room was very clean and promptly tidied. The front desk staff were all excellent and very service-oriented, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is perfect, close to Qingliang Mountain, so you can even go for a night hike. Taxis are easy to find, and there are many commercial areas nearby. It's just a 12-minute walk to Wanda Plaza. Most importantly, it's very quiet.
