HanTing Premium Hotel (Yan'an Baota Mountain)

Absolutely stunning room with amazing views of Baota Mountain at night! The hygiene was impeccable, and the service was warm and attentive. Plus, it's very affordable. Definitely my top choice!

My first trip to Yan'an Baotashan Hotel was a fantastic experience – so worry-free! The room was spacious and bright, and the two beds were just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The floor was spotless, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. Children's toiletries were available free of charge. Located in the city center, the hotel is very convenient, close to tourist attractions and food streets. The front desk helped with luggage storage and recommended nearby sightseeing routes. There's a self-service laundry room that's clean, safe, and hygienic. The lobby is cozy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there's plenty of hot water with stable pressure. The vanity mirror light is perfect for makeup. It's a 5-minute walk to Baotashan, and the surrounding area is full of delicious food. The front desk service was warm and attentive. I highly recommend the local popular snack shops – fast internet, great value, friendly staff, and prompt response to any needs. A top choice for your trip!

Because it had been raining a lot in the area and we weren't very familiar with the roads, we contacted the hotel in advance. The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging parking for us and showing us to the car. After checking us in, we went to our room, which was very clean. We could see the Pagoda Hill at night from the room, which was beautiful. If I have the chance to come to Yan'an again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel boasts a great location; you can watch the Pagoda Hill light show from your bed, every night from 8:30 to 8:50. It's conveniently located near Wanda Plaza. The breakfast selection is extensive and varied, including three meat dishes and three vegetable dishes, fried rice, soy milk, coffee, and sweet watermelon and cantaloupe. The front desk staff are very welcoming.

The hotel is located in the city center, in a very convenient location. The lobby is beautiful and well-equipped with excellent Wi-Fi. It features a Hanting Hotel (book section), a self-service laundry room, and free luggage storage. The rooms are cozy, clean, bright, and have good hot water. The front desk staff were attentive and welcoming; they helped me arrange a room with a view of Baota Mountain at night, and the TV offered free screen mirroring for movies. They also recommended nearby tourist attractions, all very close to the hotel, including large shopping malls and the Erdaojie Night Market! Highly recommended! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Facilities: The facilities are outdated. The cover outside the electrical meter in the room was missing, and half of the showerhead fell out of the wall while I was showering. I contacted the front desk for repairs, and the repairman had to stand on a chair in the room to fix it. After he left, he used a towel from the bathroom to wipe the chair. Cleanliness: There was cigarette ash on the floor upon entering the room, and the bathroom blinds were covered in years of accumulated cigarette grease. The leather seats under the windows were oily and dusty from not being cleaned for a long time. Environment: The overall environment was okay, but it's too old and needs renovation or more maintenance. Service: The front desk staff changed our room. The first room had a broken showerhead, and the second room had a toilet that kept flushing and a cracked sink. However, the front desk staff did their best to change our room and gave me some snacks before I left. Overall, the experience was not good. Although the price wasn't high, I didn't need special services, but cleanliness is the most important thing for a hotel. This hotel was far from clean. I think everyone should choose carefully!
