The Yan'an Hotel is very budget-friendly, yet it boasts a high-end and elegant decor. The facilities are comprehensive, and the staff are proactive and enthusiastic. Breakfast is plentiful, and the room was exceptionally quiet and clean. It was a very satisfying stay.

The hotel service was excellent. I originally booked a deluxe double room, but since I had a child with me and was worried he'd be napping during check-out, the hotel staff kindly switched us to a family twin room. Thumbs up for your thoughtfulness!

Facilities: Excellent, both the hardware and the details are great. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Sprawling grounds with fantastic interior decor. Service: Warm and attentive. I arrived late at night, and the front desk staff provided a detailed overview of the surrounding attractions and local cuisine.

The hotel is large, clean, and conveniently located right next to the popular Yan'an Erdao Street Night Market. Both Baota Mountain and Qingliang Mountain are within walking distance. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the specialty dishes are also delicious.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent; they were almost always able to accommodate our requests. The location is superb, within walking distance to most attractions and very close to the station. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

The room was okay, a classic old hotel. However, check-in was quite annoying. During the May Day holiday, there was constant renovation noise from upstairs. Ugh. They eventually moved me to another room and the front desk even sent some snacks, so the service was still great. The main issue, though, was the soundproofing in the rooms – it was ridiculously bad. I could clearly hear my neighbors talking and even snoring. I barely got any sleep that night.

Traveling to Yan'an with my parents, we stayed at the Yan'an Hotel, and every staff member was incredibly warm and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is excellent, close to everything. It's just a short walk to the Erdaojie Night Market. To the left of the hotel entrance, there are breakfast options like fried dough sticks and soy milk, and if you walk to Erdaojie, you'll find Teacher's Lamb Inn, which is also delicious.

I had really high expectations for Yan'an Hotel, especially since it's on the 'must-stay' list and got 5 stars! From a distance, it looked incredibly grand and impressive!!! **Facilities:** Does it actually meet a 5-star standard? The facilities are quite old, and the bedding and toiletries are comparable to budget hotels, or even worse quality! Surprisingly, there was a big bathtub. Even though it was already midnight, I felt compelled to use it; otherwise, it wouldn't be worth it and would be a disservice to those five stars. **Hygiene:** There was hair, but it was too far to complain to the front desk, so I just put up with it!!! **Environment:** The bedroom was very spacious, primarily for that bathtub. The shower space was only big enough for one person, with no room to adjust the water temperature. The toilet was behind the door, and if you opened the door, you'd hit your head. I really don't understand that design.
