過年臨時決定出來玩，看了一下地圖就陝北方向高速不堵車就來延安了。可能因為過年人力緊張原因吧，下午三點多到了酒店前台辦理入住，給了房卡到房間結果發現房間竟然完全沒有打掃，很無語！隨後工作人員很快給換了房間，並送了果盤。酒店工作人員禮貌，但是老酒店房間內部設施比較陳舊，地庫不大也比較破並且電梯也不太好找，湊合住吧！

居住體驗極佳，非常滿意的一次入住。酒店裝修奢華大氣，客房視野非常開闊。還有早餐有粥有面有點心等等一應俱全，全家人都覺得早餐超讚。服務人員呼宇熱心跟進服務和指引，耐心迴應各種問題的諮詢，服務非常貼心，很贊！下次還會再選擇棗園！👍👍

這個服務員的服務意識太差，趕不上快捷酒店的服務。但是酒店裡的其他工作人員都很熱情，勉強給個好評吧。酒店前台這個水晶燈很奢華，就是如果我説如果管理水平能跟上就跟燈配套了。

這次帶父親去延安完成紅色之旅，同時過81歲生日，長者很開心！説房間太大了，兩人人住着浪費，後來又把弟弟叫了過來。舒服，泳池也可以去，水温可以。要自帶浴巾等物品。早餐豐盛！
