I was very pleased with my stay at the Zaoyuan Hotel in Yan'an. The room was spacious and bright, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The guy at the front desk even helped me carry my suitcase all the way to the door, which was incredibly helpful. The millet and rifle lamb restaurant across the street was also delicious. Yan'an was a revolutionary base. The people of Yan'an are truly wonderful. I give them a thumbs up. Five-star reviews across the board.

A typical state-owned hotel: a grand lobby, spacious rooms, a large restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym, and other amenities make entertaining guests and dining there a real treat. Located near the Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site, the hotel is convenient for visiting, especially for self-driving tours, where there's always free parking. Manager Xiao Hu's warm hospitality embodies the legacy of Yanchang Petroleum's century-old brand. Excellent!

The rooms were spacious, the hotel lobby was grand, and the overall appearance was impressive. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel rooms were rather dated, and the bathroom facilities appeared somewhat unclean.

The room was very dirty. I stayed in room 4007, and the windows were covered in a thick layer of mud. The bathroom walls were peeling, and the paint was falling onto the bathroom floor. The ceiling was also covered in sewage stains. The service was poor, I can't quite put my finger on it. The facilities were a bit old. The chairs were all broken. 😭😭😭

The hotel seems to be a fairly established five-star establishment, with its own large courtyard offering convenient parking and fast charging stations, which is very helpful for electric vehicle owners. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture and bathroom facilities are rather old; cleanliness is acceptable, though. The hotel breakfast is quite good, with a wide selection.

房間寬敞明亮，設施配置齊全，居住舒適度還行，美中不足的是淋浴間洗澡時有積水，空調半夜停機每晚凌晨兩點多都熱醒來了，再次開機後方能入睡，開空調蓋被子睡覺的習慣改不掉，衹能將就賓館了。

大堂寬敞明亮，前台接待熱情，入住手續辦理迅速，房間面積大，設施齊全，晚上在一樓用了餐食，上菜快，菜量大，口味有點偏鹹，停車場大且安全，就是酒店明顯的是國企氛圍，功能性有點落後了，總之，值得推薦！
