"The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast offered a great variety. The facilities were comprehensive and very modern, with electric curtains. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet and dry separation. Check-in at the front desk was smooth. There's an independent parking lot available, and a shuttle service is provided, which is very convenient. It's only a 3-minute walk to the scenic spot. Highly recommended!"

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I'm sensitive to the cold, and they thoughtfully moved me to a room on a higher floor, which I really appreciated! The room itself was unique, with a cave-style *kang* (heated bed) that was a full three meters long. Our balcony overlooked Red Street, and at night, we could watch the illuminated Ferris wheel 🎡. I'll definitely stay here again next summer! 👍👍👍"

"I accidentally booked the wrong room type, as I wanted one with a view of Qingliangshan at night. Luckily, there was a room available, and the kind young lady at the front desk helped me upgrade to a scenic room for a small difference in price. The room facilities were all excellent. While waiting to check in, as there were many people, I enjoyed the complimentary black tea at the front desk – it was really good. The hotel also features some antique TVs and sewing machines. The calligraphy and paintings in the hallway are truly remarkable; I walked around every floor as if I were at an art exhibition. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it's well-maintained and refurbished, clean and hygienic. All the facilities and equipment are also very complete and well-maintained. Whether it was the front desk staff or the cleaning ladies I encountered, everyone greeted me warmly. A very pleasant experience overall."

"I had really high expectations for Yan'an Hotel, especially since it's on the 'must-stay' list and got 5 stars! From a distance, it looked incredibly grand and impressive!!! **Facilities:** Does it actually meet a 5-star standard? The facilities are quite old, and the bedding and toiletries are comparable to budget hotels, or even worse quality! Surprisingly, there was a big bathtub. Even though it was already midnight, I felt compelled to use it; otherwise, it wouldn't be worth it and would be a disservice to those five stars. **Hygiene:** There was hair, but it was too far to complain to the front desk, so I just put up with it!!! **Environment:** The bedroom was very spacious, primarily for that bathtub. The shower space was only big enough for one person, with no room to adjust the water temperature. The toilet was behind the door, and if you opened the door, you'd hit your head. I really don't understand that design."

"Driving all the way from Jiangnan to Northern Shaanxi, I was truly struck by the extreme geographical differences. The cave hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip to Yan'an. It was uniquely charming and spotless, with excellent facilities and wonderfully attentive service. They even upgraded our room based on our specific needs, which was a fantastic bonus. Definitely a five-star experience!"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's very clean and upscale, and the breakfast is decent with a good variety. The location is superb, right in the city center. There are two parking lots available. There's also a night market nearby, but it's mostly food stalls and not very exciting. Plus, driving here can be quite congested."

"Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token."

"This store is doing well in all aspects, the room is clean and tidy without dead ends, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and the decoration style is simple and atmospheric. "While boiling water in my hotel room, I lost my grip and the scalding water splashed onto my arm, instantly turning it red. It was painful and frightening. Panicked, I quickly called the front desk. Ms. Ning Shu, who answered the phone, was incredibly responsive. Without hesitation, she immediately told me to run cold water over the wound to cool it down. She also gave me detailed instructions on the proper precautions. Her gentle tone relaxed my tense nerves. She also said she had contacted the housekeeping staff and would send a first aid kit immediately. Two minutes after I hung up, Ms. Zhao from housekeeping knocked on the door. She hurried in with the first aid kit, examined my wound, then carefully wiped it with cold water and applied medicine, her movements so gentle she wouldn't hurt me. After treating the wound, she not only left me some spare burn ointment but also moved the kettle in the room to a safer location, repeatedly reminding me not to touch anything hot again. Even more surprising, when I dined that day, Chef Lei from the restaurant came over to ask how my wound was healing. Ning Shu had reported my situation to the restaurant, and Chef Lei had specially adjusted my meal, replacing the hot soup with lukewarm vegetable porridge, saying that these lighter meals would be good for wound healing. From the prompt guidance from the front desk, to the meticulous care from housekeeping, to the thoughtful consideration from the restaurant, colleagues from all three departments worked like a relay, handling my minor incident with perfect and heartwarming care. This exceptional level of care was more heartwarming than any other amenities. I have to commend Ning Shu, Sister Zhao, and Chef Lei for their professionalism and dedication!"
