The breakfast is rich and amazing. The food is clean and tastes good! The location of the hotel is very good, there is a parking lot next to Yan'an Railway Station. We especially want to praise the beauty Li Zhe at the front desk. She treats the guests with enthusiasm like family members. The service is excellent. We are 70-year-olds, and there happened to be a lot of people in meetings when we checked in. Li Zhe was still very patient. I served us, and we were very moved. When we asked her name, she said she should do it without saying anything. Later, I asked other staff members and found out that she is the manager of the front desk. I am especially grateful to the leaders of your hotel for cultivating such Excellent leader, we will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And Li Zhe kept her promise. When we checked in, we only had a room near the elevator entrance. She said she would change it for me if there was a good room. warm.
