Reviews of Novotel Yanbu

I stayed at Novotel Yanbu and had an overall average experience. The rooms were okay (3/5) and met basic expectations. Cleanliness (2.5/5) and bathrooms (2.5/5) were slightly below average and could use better maintenance. There was a noticeable, unusual smell in both the rooms and the lobby, which did affect comfort at times. The location is the biggest advantage (8/10) — being close to the Corniche makes it ideal for night-time strolls and relaxing walks by the sea. Overall, the hotel is acceptable mainly because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness, bathroom upkeep, and odor control would make the stay more comfortable.

Very disappointed. Reception does answer calls and had to go everytime down to the reception even if I need a bottle of water. Neither housekeeping was responding both day or night shift. Iron board was not available and had to request multiple times to get it. Basic bathroom amenities like tooth brush, had to he requested again.

the hotel keep the highest standards . nice ocean view with walkable to sea shore and excellent break first. helpful and professional receptions especially Hadeel and Golam . surely will stay again when arrive Yanbu SKA.

Good and clean

Service: Check-in was a bit slow; breakfast was quite poor, with few varieties and poor quality. The bread and cakes seemed to be unpacked. Hygiene: The hygiene was OK, but one bath towel was missing. Environment: Very close to the beach and not too far from the restaurant. Facilities: The bedside lamp in the room was broken, but it was OK for one night

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the rooms are big and the service is good.

The hotel is by the sea, and you can go out for a walk in the morning. The room is spacious, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is rich in variety, it is relatively quiet, the check-in process is fast, the price is reasonable, and it is recommended for business trips
