Yancheng Gangbo Peninsula Hotel

I booked this hotel last minute, and since it was right before Chinese New Year, the entrance felt a bit deserted when I first drove in. However, the lobby was bright and welcoming. I booked a lake-view room, and the scenery was pretty good. The whole area around here seems to be part of the Hong Kong Bo Group. There are a few restaurants just outside a small gate, but the dining options are quite limited, so it's a good thing the hotel also has both Chinese and Western restaurants. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the hot springs. But compared to being in the city, it's quite convenient to get to the Elk Park and Wild Deer Swamp area in about half an hour. The service was very responsive, and overall, it was a good stay!

The hotel was great! They even upgraded our room for free, and there were welcome fruits waiting for us inside, which were delicious. The room also had a bathtub, which was lovely for a relaxing soak. Breakfast was really rich and tasty too.

The room was very clean and incredibly quiet, with excellent soundproofing – I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, and one local specialty, something like 'lotus root starch balls,' was particularly memorable. The hot springs were incredibly comfortable, with several pools, including a swimming pool. There was a great variety, such as rose and red wine pools, both indoors and outdoors.

If you go to Yancheng Chinese Elk Park, the hotel will give you tickets. Hotels and a large area near the hotels, including cross-border e-commerce parks, are run by the government. There are few tourists and it is not popular. But the environment is very good and suitable for self-driving travel. The facilities in the room are well maintained and the price/performance ratio is very high.

The breakfast was very rich and the sea view room was very nice
