1.虛假宣傳。衝著介紹裏寫的標間1.3m的床才訂的房間，結果還是1.2米的床，前台説是攜程寫錯了，不知道究竟是平台的責任還是店家的責任。
2.服務差。最基本的小童用品都沒有，空調也不暖和，調製熱30度，室温也上不去，一直14度，凍死了。特色是可以借書閲讀，結果好看的書都鎖起來了，根本拿不到。
3.早餐極差。可以説是吃過所有自助早餐裏最差的。
唯一有點特色的就是房間配了小度智能音箱，其他基本一無是處。已經拉入黑名單，再也不會去了。
