這個酒店地理位置挺好的，在歐風花街邊上，昨天早上下高鐵打電話給酒店想問問能不能入住（上午十點），因為有行李攜帶不太方便，然後打電話給酒店前台第一遍沒接第二遍那個工作人員態度不太好，説酒店沒有空房間辦不了要十二點之後才能辦理入住，但是行李不好拿又選擇去放在前台，也就見到了電話裏的前台真人，本地人方言口音，語氣也不好，前台姓孫具體名字就不説了，然後説衹有一個空房，將近十點鐘整個錦江之星這麼大品牌酒店就一個空房還沒完全開業入住還需要開門散味，於是我們選擇把行李放在前台就走了，中午十二點回來辦理入住，房間煙味很大，窗户是內窗開不了，於是想協調換一個房間，孫姓前台説酒店衹有這一間空房換不了，我請問呢十點那會説沒有空房我能理解畢竟算是提前入住十二點了入住也衹有這一間房間，在鹽城住過這麼多次酒店第一次遇到這種，不是針對酒店前台，畢竟第二天遇到的前台工作人員就語氣和善態度也好，希望貴酒店能有迴應😊

就在歐風花街邊上，免費停車，馬路對面是鹽立方，地段不錯。設施有點舊，不過一百多塊錢，要求也不高。房間打掃還算乾淨，但是不太仔細，洗手枱上肥皂拆開了，不知道是打掃阿姨新拆的還是上個客人留下的，但不管怎麼樣，肥皂包裝袋還扔在邊上説不過去了

不知道是水臟還是床單臟，洗完澡進被窩就起大片紅疹，打前台電話讓換個四件套是個男的接的説第二天早上再給我換？？？然後就給掛掉了。 我請問我第二天早上退房了還給我換什麼，無語死了服務也是很差
