房間很好，家庭套房很適合拖家帶口的出行！小朋友很開心，房間有一個小童房，不出行的時候，在酒店就能安撫小朋友的情緒！客房服務員態度非常好！服務周到，房間乾淨！下次來，還會住在這裏。

酒店設施齊全，晚上很安靜，北樓前台工作人員服務態度很好，辦理住宿幫升級房間，謝謝那位帶眼鏡先生，酒店周圍環境很好，餐廳很多，附近有公園，散散步真心不錯，下次還會來水城酒店。

酒店硬件可圈可點，看得出來，很努力爭取客人的滿意度，但是細節方面要做的工作還是很多：1、房間空調基本沒有用，衹能吹風，被子過厚，導致整夜都很熱，無法安睡。2、房間隔音不好，隔壁半夜放音樂，引起其他客人投訴，服務員敲門無果，在隔壁房門口高聲呼喊“你好 服務員”十來分鐘，反而吵醒好不容易入睡的我們。3、衞生間沒有換氣。4、肥皂粘在肥皂盒裡，完全無法取出。

房間風格中規中矩，比較老派的風格，也沿用了老牌的作風，純凈水也需要要付費，單獨購買了兩份早餐78/份，一份樓下用，一份讓幫忙送到樓上（一杯牛奶+一個牛角包）居然還收我服務費，做個電梯送上樓不需要花幾分鐘吧！第一個電話過去一小時後餐沒送到，在打電話説沒有接到通知，這服務收費也該反思一下！前台吹風機連擺放在哪都不知道，實在找不到了讓他們上來，結果是放在毛巾之後，不知道藏這個嚴實的目的是啥？減少使用減少損害率？
設施：在這個年代電視無法投影也沒什麼選擇衹能看幾個點播頻道也是極差的體驗，難道就衹接到五六十以上的客户羣體嗎？以下羣體我相信沒幾個能接受的吧！空調製熱效果也很差，工程上來説的理由是你這房間面積太大，無語啊！夜晚12點房門居然關不上了，關上就滴滴叫
衞生：衞生間地面以及床麪均有長頭髮，我們屋裡就兩男人！！
環境：房間外環境還行，去了游泳池，空無一人講話都有迴音滲人。少有女孩子敢獨自下水吧。健身房也是比較冰冷，就很好奇為什麼這兩項目最應該熱鬧的時間點卻最安靜。網球場是室外就沒去
服務：這項應該算沒有吧，收費的東西就談不上了。而且叫餐等待一個多少小時打了兩個電話才送到，交接也是有問題，辦理退房手續我連瓶水也要不到！按金也是過了兩三天後才退回，效率也蠻低
