This place is getting lonely. It’s incomparable with before. The sanitation and cleaning are not very clean. Both the receptionist and the waiter in the restaurant tend to ignore the guests, especially the waiter in the restaurant as if the client owes her money. I ignored him, and asked for a long time to agree to continue chatting. It was really awesome. The aunt of the housekeeping department may be the best attitude of this resort. The waiter in the hot spring is the customer opposite you, not the prisoner of reform through labor. You always yell at the customer what the hell is it.

經理和工作人員都很好，來了主樓沒有房間還免費升級了房間。早上從別墅區過來下着點小雨，還有工作人員專門打傘，很貼心。之前看見評論説存在各種，其實這種温泉，人多時和人少時，體驗感受是非常不同的，可能衹是體驗時的時間和角度不同。其實性價比很不錯！尤其最近的泰迪音樂節，有潑水節，泡泡雨，沖浪，真的好玩的。孩子從一開始放不開，到後來潑水節都不想走。

一個字，臟亂差，垃圾桶都不帶收拾的！那床墊往死硬，房間全是小飛蟲，房間不隔音，樓道人説話聽清清楚楚，衞生間積水嚴重，總之，體驗感很差，下回不會來了，對不起這二百的價格！

住過多次九龍温泉的別墅區了，最喜歡這裏的温泉入户，而且房間也夠大。但是這兩年這裏缺乏維護，尤其是疫情後再開業，好多設施損壞了之後都沒有維修，感覺是在勉強維持。希望以後能夠逐漸維修起來，九龍還是我來陽高首選的住宿地。
