We negotiated to change rooms, and the results changed our outlook again. Now there was an executive room again😅 This is not over yet. The air conditioner in the changed room was still the same, the temperature could not be adjusted, and it was freezing... I called the front desk again and asked to change my room. It turned out to be a twin room. The temperature was slightly better, but there was a smell. They were also prepared to help me put two single beds together to make a double room. Naturally, I I couldn't accept it, so the young man said angrily that he would send me to another hotel (it was already past 11 o'clock) The most irritating thing is that throughout the entire communication process, neither the front desk nor the room attendants apologized. The young man who finally came to deal with the matter even turned his back on me and closed the door hard when I left! I really don’t know how a hotel like this can provide training... The first picture posted is that their air conditioner is always at 20 degrees Celsius (even though it is set to 28 degrees Celsius). The air conditioning and ventilation throughout the hotel were very poor, and the room smelled moldy and damp. There is no air purifier required and no electric fan. I had a meeting at 2 p.m. otherwise I would lose energy. I just had a rest. The tenant woke up again, started using water and making noise again, he was speechless! So I decisively left the hotel and never dared to stay at the Hualuxe Hotel Yangjiang again. The basics are expensive, the service is poor, and the service is not up to par. You can stay in the executive suites of other hotels for 7 or 8 dollars.
