Lily Hotel

So-so facilities are relatively rudimentary and outdated

I have never encountered such a bad hotel, poor hardware and poor software and poor service! I arrived at the hotel at 1 am, I was alone at the front desk and I was the only one to check in. I abruptly made me wait for 20 minutes and it was not done! Next to the hotel is a bar and downstairs is a KTV at 3 o'clock in the night, and there is no way to sleep. The room is big enough but there is no luggage stool. The luggage can only be placed on the floor that doesn’t look clean. The joints of the sink are moldy. There is a light in the bathroom that can’t be turned off. I don’t even know if there is a switch. Which weird design. When I check out the next day, I told the room that there was no problem, and the deposit was automatically refunded within half an hour (I am a Ctrip member and the front desk forcibly collected the deposit. I was driving on the road and wanted to go to bed early, so I didn’t want to argue.) The result was an hour and a half later I just returned it and the number was not right. I called to ask the reason and called me back after I found out the reason. I didn’t reply until 11pm. I called again and said that I drank a bag of tea. What? ! Whose hotel charges for tea bags? And I didn’t see the charge label and price list. The light in the bathroom in the room can’t be turned off. The downstairs rang loudly in the middle of the night. Put a tea bag next to the cup to refresh you and charge. It turned out to be this routine!

Not bad, good taste, the price is still mid-to-high, not bad, it’s not bad to live, it’s a good-to-moderate level, the environment is a bit noisy, but there is a bar on the rooftop, no way, hey

房間乾淨整潔，漂亮，很新，前台服務熱情，高高那個女孩子有問必答，也很有耐心，有禮貌，點贊，

這一家酒店交通便利，剛好就在公交車站，房間乾淨衞生，洗漱用品有淡淡的清香，樓下小吃店也很方便，很好，好評。

位置很好，停車方便，服務態度熱情，床墊舒服隔音效果還不錯，對於我這種睡眠質量差的太友善了。

性價比高 交通方便 房間用品齊全 離廣場比較近 盈信還有東滙城 一個紅綠燈的事情 每個月都要出差幾次 都是住這裏 前台小姐姐對我好熱情

房間衞生乾淨，主題小孩超喜歡，床墊也很舒服，停車方便位置不錯附近吃飯一應俱全，推薦入住。
