Perfect location to stay in Pan Pacific Yangon For me, Not the first time i had a great review for this hotel. I had been here several times as it's really the best hotel. Hotel room is cleanliness and comfy bed. And I was really enjoyed buffet breakfast, also I love to sit the bar to chill with my love one. All staff were very nice and helpful. strongly recommended As Parkroyal Hotel is located in the heart of the city, transportation is very convenient, and parking is very convenient. The Japanese restaurant of the hotel is also very nice. Needless to say, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent since it's a five stars hotel. One can see the employees working in a professional manner due to the good training of the management team. For example, I have been cheering at this hotel's gym for many years because of the friendly staff, particularly at the gym. If I have to give a strong recommendation, I would like to recommend the Parkroyal Hotel's gym. It is because Manager Ma Ninisaw and the trainer (Mr. Sunny and Mr . Soe Than) provided all guests with excellent service and warm treatment. The pool and spa are also clean. I'd like to invite guests who have not yet arrived to come and stay. When you arrive at Parkroyal Hotel, you will definitely feel like you are at home.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

HOTEL BALMI, After staying with 4 of my family in the HOTEL BALMI for 20 days, my experience in this hotel will not disappear in my life time memories. The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We strongly recommend to stay at HOTEL BALMI whatever the reason in Yangon, Myanmar.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for a night, I had the best experience ever. 1) I was early, reached at 0930. The hotel offered me early check in at no cost! I was shocked. Other hotels always charged even if the room is available. How generous! 2) From front desk to cashier, to restaurant and door man, everyone was all smiles and speaks good English. Genuine smiles and sincerity made me feel so welcome and at home 3) The restaurant staff was very attentive and he speaks good English too and was checking if I needed a coffee or an egg. It wasn't what he said but how he said it 4) The door man is a senior uncle..He is always greeting me with very warm smile. Last night I got back to the hotel at 8.30pn and now at 7am, he is on duty again! I must give him a tip when I depart. 5) The location is fantastic. Near to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum. There is also a yummy BBQ restaurant next door, Mr Cow. The room is decent and worth the price. If you don't need a 5-hotel, looking for budget friendly, don't mind it is a little old yet a great experience, come here. I am a very happy guest

Staff were friendly and helped us a lot. We mentioned when we booked the room that we were going for our honeymoon. The hotel immediately upgraded our room, upgraded our standard room without windows to a luxurious balcony room, and the view of the Ruiguang Shwedagon Pagoda from the balcony. They even prepared roses in bed and bathroom. Another thing that surprised me was that when we finished the view and returned to the room, we found the hotel sent us a beautiful cake and a postcard full of blessings. I was very impressed by their care and service to customers. In addition, the breakfast buffet they offer is very rich and delicious.

We travel across Burma. During our stay in Yangon we got to the opening of a hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, because of this festive day we couldn't have had a full lunch, but the hotel staff would have taken care of us so we wouldn't be hungry. We were frequented several times with super snacks free of charge so that we ate to satisfaction . We also received wonderful gifts : hats , towels and shopping bags. We thank the hotel manager and his staff for taking care of us so much.The restaurant is worth the recommendation. It is worth visiting.

My wife and I based ourselves in Yangon and travelled elsewhere almost the whole of February 2019. As we have been at the hotel previously we booked a particular room for our stays. When first arrived in 1 Feb got a nearly similar room but not quite what we were promised. When back from our visit to Mawlamyine we were given totally different but inferior room. Then again when arrive back to Yangon from visits to Ngapali, Pyi Oo Lwin and Taunggyi we were given another inferior room and in addition was moved to a back room where the window look out to the sewage pipes and rubbish filled back bits. Because we were travel fatigue and looking forward to returning home we stayed at the hotel. Perhaps our last visit to the hotel. Positive sides, staff friendly, location central and convenient to some good restaurant. BEWARE: Myanmar now has goods and services consumption tax and as such seek a full price quote for hotels and about 10% surcharge on restaurant fares.

This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are clean and up-to-date. All rooms are large in size, so you can feel very relaxed. It's a convenient location to go anywhere. The food was also a passing grade. As the number of guests increases, the number of items will likely increase. I felt a strong desire from the staff to ”make this hotel a better hotel from now on.” Another thing I recommend is the view from the pool. You can see both Shwedagon Pagoda and Yangon River. There's no pool where you can see both. Shwedagon Pagoda and the Yangon River illuminated by the setting sun are spectacular. It was a very satisfying hotel. The manager, Mr. James, took great care of me during my stay. thank you very much.

Breakfast is very Chinese, there is noodles, porridge is not good, you can eat very well, everything is retro, nothing discomfort is good. If you pack a car like me, all the sights are not far away. You can take off all the pagodas in one afternoon. Prepare a wet tissue room. Mosquitoes will stay in the middle of the night. If you don’t stay up late, you won’t feel the light is very dark. The waiter is very warm. English is very good.
